They hide shipping information until after you purchase then require you to download an app (that's probably theirs) for more shopping; I ordered two pair of shoes and got one of them 3 weeks later and they are junk! hard plastic and cheaply made and slippery and uncomfortable and forget about returns! None of their emails are working for me: support@oncloudewalk; support @ocwshoes....total rip off.

The upper mesh began to tear. The material is too thin. The decorative strip on mesh began peeling, Excessive wear on heel. All within 4 months after- paying $150. I filed a warranty claim. They want receipt. I don't have one! I would never buy or gift another OC Overpriced Crap again. FYI, I only used this shoe at airports, while travelling!

Horrible company. Scamming people out of their money. Cheap, plastic shoes with damaged heel that look nothing like the shoes online. When I requested a refund and sent a picture of the damaged heel they refused to refund and said that the ugly heel did not affect the usability of the shoe!!

NO STARS. Why didn’t I read the reviews before I wasted my money?? Scam, cheap Chinese crappy shoes, smelled like horrible chemicals, poorly made, looks nothing like the pictures, worst quality ever. The worst part is that you can’t return them and you can’t really get a refund. You’re just stuck with $80 worth of shitty plastic Chinese trash.

If there was a negative -10 I would use it. The shoes are way to small. The size on the label is correct but the shoes is not a size 8. The return process is the scam I think. Shoes costing $75 (2pair). I need to return them to Hanoi, Vietnam which costs $90 and they will exchange these for a larger size and only charge me $54. I will then have spend $219 for two pair of shoes and they can then resell the ones I bought for $75 more and then they lose $19 on the ones they send me but make an extra $75 on the ones I sent back. I guess the shipping is cheap from Vietnam to China

I was completely unsatisfied with the "orthopedic " boots I ordered! Completely different from description. Cheap materials and cheaply made! Terrible refund/ return policy! Buyers aware either they are fake reviews on-site or they don't post bad reviews! Highly recommend not purchasing anything from his company!

I have a tricky shoe size And because of this, I sent an email to OCW shoes prior to purchasing asking them about their return policy. They responded that I could return the shoes if they did not fit. I received the shoes and they did not fit. I reached out to find out how to initiate a return. They emailed me back and said I had to pay the shipping to Vietnam or they would refund 10% of the cost of the shoes. A good company would have told me that when I sent the initial email. This company has absolutely no integrity and the quality of the shoes leaves a lot to be desired. Integrity Equals quality. I wish to warn others so they don’t make the same mistake. I did.

Buyer beware. These shoes are made incorrectly by size. The size 41 sandals I purchased are smaller and much more narrow than my size 39 sandals. Don't expect a return as it will cost you $15+ to return them to China.

The shoes arrived in a bag wrapped with a lot of packing tape. It was packed so tight that I had to use scissors to open it and ended up cutting right through one of the shoes! That's how thin they were. not leather and BTW- not orthopedic. I would be afraid to wear these at all because they were of such poor quality~ flimsy and the balance was off. Arch and heel in the wrong place. When I quickly reported this. They never got back to me. Now I realize it wouldn't have been worth it since they want you to pay for shipping to Vietnam! Waste of time and money.

I made a purchase for a shoe that I love in size 8 and 1/2 my true size I was unaware that they were coming from overseas where they don't run true to American size. Need to exchange it to a size 9 in order to do so the company wants me to pay to ship the eight and a half to Vietnam which is costly and then they will send me a size 9 my complaint is why should I have to return it yes they gave me what I ordered but no one told me it was coming from Vietnam as we all know China Vietnam and most Asian countries shoes are on different it was unaware of that and that's my complaint so now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes for $40 that don't fit probably cost another $25 to ship them back so now my shoes cost about $60 I will not order from them again

I ordered 3 pairs of ARCH SUPPORT Orthopedic sandals. None of the items that I received which were shipped from Forest Park, Georgia had any support, one has hard plastic insoles. I request a refund and was told that I would have to return the items overseas and that it would cost more than I had spent on the items. Since my delivery label state Georgia, why should I return anywhere else. I have requested a return shipping label to Georgia and afull refund. I'm also encouraging everyone who has been scammed by this company to contact the Better Business Bureau.

I can make you two promises when buying from this company: the quality of their shoes are so poor that you won't recognize them, and you will not get a refund as they are professional cons. Don't walk away from OCW Shoes, RUN!!!

Fales advertisement of shoes. Product's lost in transit. Once the one product arrived it came in a small bag indicating the shoes are of no value. I am still wating for the second pair to arrive which has been lost in transit several times but my money was taken 1-2 business days of ordering. Will never order from this company and hopefully I will convince people who read reviews first NOT to order,at least the shoes fromthis company !!!!!

If I could give 0* I would. Awful shoes they look like they’re made with wood chips. Mine went straight in the garbage. Awful customer service. When I tried to cancel my order I was told you have to do that within half hour of ordering. I would never ever order from them again. Weird thing is they don’t give you an option to write a review.

Business model is to take your money without much recourse after false advertising the shoes as orthopedic and providing cheap unwearable products.

I wish I saw this prior to purchasing. I spent almost 80 dollars on two pairs of shoes that I wouldn't even pay ONE dollar for had I seen them in person. Upon reading the return policy/reviews here, I'm not even going to attempt to return these shoes because I'm not paying shipping back to Vietnam. Ridiculous and a major scam. Quality is straight garbage.

I would do zero. Lost 80.00. I threw them in the trash. I wouldn't even donate to salvation army. WARNING. TRASH

$41 summer sandals. They are cheap, poor quality cr*p, probably $3. Chinese plastic shoes. That's why they don't do refunds. Very, very bad quality item.
