This is SCAM!!!! Plastic junk, this is the only way how to describe those "comfortable" shoes. The shoes look great on the picture only. There is no way to return them, the crooks do not answer emails.

I ordered orthopedic slides that were stated to be OCW brand. Instead, I got knockoff Birkenstocks that were sized wrong. I even sent a picture of their slide next to my old ones showing them to be at least an inch longer than my correct size. They responded that I could pay to send them back to Vietnam. This is a terrible company with no ethics whatsoeverQ

Total scam!!! Horrible shoes. Not at all what is pictured on web site. Cheap knockoffs made in China. Do not buy!!! You can't return. Their support email bounces and there is no other contact info available, anywhere. This site needs to be shut down!!!

I would give them no stars if I could. Terrible customer service. They are holding my return in customs as they claim their return policy is clearly stated. WRONG. I have emails that show they allow returns any trackable method, then claim you cannot send back via UPS. No return calls or emails from anyone at the company. My return is in customs in Canada and there is nothing I can do except write a bad review. BBB has a string of bad reviews on this company

Plastic boots they are using pictures from the Duck Feet website to advertise their boots. They are plastic from top to bottom. I was in contact with them to get my refund and my last email that was sent, now says their email is invalid. I am so sick of facebook allowing these ads to appear on their website.

Please read the return policy because if your shoes don't fit or don't do what they advertise you can only return them if you pay the shipping costs to Vietnam. Otherwise, you will receive receive 15% of the cost refunded. I would give ZERO STARS! The quality of the product is horrible as well. There isn't even a packing list included. When you email them concerning the issue they respond and request photos to prove the situation. You are then given 48 hours to respond to the next email they send.

Ordered dress sandals advertised as orthopedic/good arch support. Couldn't be further from the truth. Pkg arrived after several weeks and the quality is so poor. It looks as if it was assembled by a 10 year old. Visible glue, material to attach the buckle a different color than the shoe, hard/cheap shoe base, fabric is very poor quality and NOT true to size. Worst purchase I've made in years. Be warned!!

the boots I ordered are too small and the zipper doesn't work on one of the boots. the return policy is prohibitive - you must pay the return shipping which is Expensive! Do not buy from this company unless you want to waste your money. an very unsatisfied customer!

Buyers beware. Terrible return policy! No return policy. I am in the US and they were going to have me to pay for shipping my shoes back to Vietnam. The shipping would cost more than the shoes!! They refunded me only $11 for my $45 shoes so I lost lost money on shoes that don’t fit.

STOP … this company is a scam! I tend to order a lot of shoes online due to looking for orthotic shoes. This brand kept coming up when I would online search … with 5 star ratings on most all of their shoes. What a lie, these shoes are poorest quality that I have ever seen … I don’t even know what they’re made of! To my own fault I did not look at their return policy or should I say “no” return policy. A $50.00 lesson learned. What this company advertises and what they produce is criminal! Don’t ever buy from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a pair of shoes from OCW Shoes and when they arrived they did not fit properly. I emailed the company the same day that I received the shoes, and told them what the problem was then I requested a refund. They emailed me back asking for all kinds of pictures of the shipping label, shoes and size that I ordered. I complied and then they emailed me back saying they will refund me 15%. What the heck!?!?!
Now I have to spend a lot of time fighting for a full refund.
Do yourself a favor- DO NOT order from this company.

This is the cheapest shoe I ever bought, and you cannot return it. This company is a scammer. Do not buy from them! You are wasting your money!

I'm glad I read these Trustpilot reviews before I bought shoes from this company. What I noticed on the company's website was that most reviews for women's shoes were posted by men, stating how comfortable these shoes were to wear! If you pay for reviews, at least get the genders straight so you can sound believable!

DO NOT BUY OCW SHOES! Very poor quality and poor workmanship. They look like they were hand made the cutting of the material is not straight, the stitching is very bad, loose strings where they started and stopped stitching!! Worst pair of shoes ever. I ordered a size 8 and they don't fit. Can't return them basically for any reason. They are going straight to Goodwill.

Do not waste your time and money with these shoes! Total waste! Shoes received are NOT what is portrayed in the ads! Cheap materials used - feels like paper dolls shoes! They should not be in business!!

HORRIBLE!! Don’t purchase!! Cheap plastic shoes that reek. More like a child’s Halloween costume shie you’d buy for $2.00!!! Ordered a size 6. They’re HUGE!!! of course no size marked on the shoe and they say they sent me the size that I requested and of course they are not. Plus I wouldn’t wear them if someone paid me they’re horrible shoes that cost them maybe $.10 to make I have filed a dispute with my credit card company for fraud and I plan on going to the Attorney General’s office in in California, which is where my product was shipped after it was sent from China!!! DON’T DO IT!!

These shoes are junk! The ad said they were leather, they are not. They are ugly and look nothing like they are portrayed in photos. Caveat Emptor.
