Only downside was the time it took to deliver the tests

The results took too long. It was almost 48hours after posting my PCR test. Maybe the delay was due to Royal Mail but I was at the check in desk at the airport when the results came through. Needless to say I was very appréhensive.
Other than that the information was top and the instructions easy to follow.

Took test within 72 hours of flying, posted it same day. Didn't receive results until 48 hours after I had arrived on holiday. Had to book a rapid PCR test at the airport the night before my flight at an extra cost. Not good service at all!

Poor instructions on screen.. apply 4 drops to test then 2 drops later. Which is different to paper instructions

Very good, everything happened as expected, kits receiving, sending and result.

I paid for a service which would guaranty a PCR fit to fly result within 24 hours as they use priority postal services, but it’s been 72 hours and still no result . When I contacted the lab they said that the delay may be caused by the post office and that it would be better to drive to the lab to drop off to guaranty fast results, which us very far from where I live. The delayed kit was posted together with 2 other kits for which we got the results within 24h. One of which was positive for my 8 year old, which had completely ruined our trip that had been changed twice already due to the pandemic. Furthermore, we had a second PCR test elsewhere which proved my daughter is negative. We have now had to change our flights again for £400 and my husband had lost his flight alltogether.

Efficient and prompt service.

Quick, efficient and easy to follow instructions. After reading some of the reviews I was hesitant to use their service. I placed my order online anyway in the hope that things might have improved and I’m pleased I used their service. I collected the swabs in person and delivered them to oncologica. Results were available within 6 hours. They are well priced and cost half of what other companies are charging. Website a little slow and could do with some improvements but that is a minor issue in the scheme of things. Very pleased with the service received.

Great service, I dropped my sample off to a person, not a drop box, at 10.15 pm on a Sunday night and my result was in within just a few hours, well before I awoke the next morning. I would definitely recommend this service.

Cheaper service than most offering fittofly tests.

The testing kit was easy to use and I received my ftf certificate quickly. I would use this service again for any covid testing needs.

The instructions are very complicated including the variety of steps and the codes and passwords required. Each test took a lot of time and anxiety, eventually resolved by calling a relative for help through the steps.
