We had to postpone our flight because the results did not arrive on time. We had to do other emergency PCR tests on Tuesday morning 5th April which cost us £160. I will neither recommend not use Oncologica again. Your company owes me £80 for these tests.

What a terrible service, I did a swab test on Wednesday which cost £160 for the whole family and posted it through Royal mail priority post as instructed and I'm still waiting for the result on Friday and I'm supposed to be travelling on Friday which meant I had to pay another £200 to get tested again for the second time.

Wanted back up for a claim for cancelling a holiday because of Covid.
They needed evidence .. I new I had Bad Covid but I needed PCR .
This was the way to do it. At a reasonable price now the government has abandoned us.

They work well, when they work. The 2 star is for their terrible customer service. Had an issue with my test. I took the test the day of the flight. There was an issue with the certificate, and spent 1h 30 min in the phone. Gave up and took at test at the airport. Still waiting to hear back from them.

No response or contact number to follow up 'unclear' test result...thanks for being useless

Doesn’t suit travellers who need to take PCR tests within the 48 hour range, as they will not test in time and this is unreliable for fast turnovers. Had to buy another emergency one that cost £150 for same day results and although the staff were responsive and kind there were no concrete answers. Only use this service if your travel allows more time to take PCR tests. Wasted my money, so expensive as well. Didn’t want to be disappointed as a friend recommended this but I am.

We were worried we wouldn't get it back in time as we uploaded the picture on a Saturday night but we still had it back in less than 2 hours. Everything went without any issues!

Good for awkward flight times as done at home with quick response with fit to fly certificate for lateral flow test

My Fit to fly test didnt turn up in time for me to fly, it didnt turn up at all! Really unreliable company, with no explanation as to why I receieved such bad service. Do not recommend and would not use them again.

I don't understand why my online fit to fly test result certificate needs to have any other information on beside my passport number , name and flight number. Why was my address printed out there in detail for every undereducated cop to see and every untrained airport security person to see? That is against GDPR regulation as you are giving out more information than what is needed for the identification of the person. People in these flashy quick-to-sprout medical companies, you need to do your homework in terms of personal data protection. I have lost trust in you sorry.
