Perfect service
People were having a moan on the reviews, but I ordered my test and received it in 2 days, did the test and dropped it off at 10am this morning and had my negative result back in 4 hours!

I had tests that I needed to change to fit to fly rather than the old day 2 and day 8 tests. They changed this on the system without any issues, very straightforward process and results within 24hours from lab receipt as promised.

Wrong test results
I have not yet sent my sample for the test, and have already received the wrong results. This is really disappointing. Am trying to get in touch with Oncologica to help with the issue.
Hopefully they will be able to rectify this for me asap.

Very poor indeed
Very poor indeed. Ordered on Tuesday on a Royal Mail next-day delivery service (as we were travelling on the Thursday) and the tests did not arrive until 10am on Thursday morning. You can imagine the difficulties and trouble this caused :( Had to spend a fortune on an airport face to face test instead, so to say I was unhappy with the service is something of an understatement……….
