Absolutely scammed!
They never informed of specific days to send the test, they just claim to work 24/7 and it’s not like that, so the 72h travel test deadline can’t be followed all the time.
Never will I buy again and will definitely placing a complain against them.

Good customer service. They answered a question I had pre testing via email within an hour. Test kit was delivered in time. The procedure and upload was easy. Test result came quicker than expected. Perfect.

All the staff I dealt with were absolutely brilliant. However, why make the procedure so difficult and complicated. Very stressful for muu if st people especially older people. I am 73 and I was at the end of my tether.

4 stars but generally worthy of 5!
I have used Oncologica several times now for PCR tests for travel. They have always been very good, very efficient, and very responsive to issues. On previous experience I would have given them 5 stars, however based on my test this week it has to be 4, because: i) web access had an error and I couldn't get my profile completed, ii) the wrong swab time was put on my certificate and I had to request a change. I have to say though that these things were remedied very quickly, so I do appreciate that, and I know it's much better than I'd get from elsewhere.

Don't buy from this company. There is a waste of money. I uploaded a corect photo of my lateral flow test and still my sample has been rejected without reason. The best thing is to go in a proper clinic and have a test done

They had sale £28 per Test, but they changed me full price.
They had sale £28 per Test. When i completed mt order the cost was £28.
Next day they changed the price back to £40. Very interesting is how they managed to get 40£ from my account next day and why i didnt even recive notice of that strange *PRICE CHANGE AFTER THE PURSE WAS MADE*.
Its one of those things that make you never ever shop from the same company.
