I can't praise Angela high enough
I can't praise Angela high enough, she has been absolutely brilliant and my experience has been excellent due to her outstanding customer service skills. Really great service
Needed a really quick turnaround for a test result prior to travel. Was able to collect the test really quickly and the results were back incredibly quickly. Really good service and helpful staff on the helpline.

She phoned me to tell me our swabs had arrived and we had results later that day. Excellent service.

Excellent customer service from Sarah Vincent. I talked to her about a purchase that needs changing.
She was very helpful and responsive. Excellent service she deserves 5 stars! Unfortunately, I also had to deal with the team responsible for refunds and they weren't so helpful. Took 6 weeks to reply my first email after repeated inquiries. Over the phone they were not very willing to even listen to the problem. We came to a semi solution only after 4 months of emails and phone calls.
Can't give 5 stars to the company because of that.
