I purchased the lateral flow tests to take for a trip abroad. The instructions were easy to use and the process was quick; complete the form online (add your passport number (document id), personal details etc), take the test and submit the results. Within 15 minutes the certificates arrived to my email inbox! Very pleased with this service, thank you!

Fast testing, easy and straightforward. Had to call them because we were time critical to receive the test outcome for flying. They fast tracked it for us. Very grateful. Will use again

Good quick service and quick results, I definitely would recomend

Good customer service and prompt processing of the sample. The only problem was accessing the required PDF version of the result needed for a form to allow quarantine-free entry to the country to be visited. It would be helpful if there was a consent option to enable the PDF of the result to be downloaded rather than the current password protected version that cannot be downloaded and uploaded to forms as was required.

Very good service. Extremely helpful on the phone and easy access to test (by car). Everything on time for overseas travel.

Instructions online are inconsistent with those enclosed with the PCR test package, the latter also being incomplete. Juggling between passwords, codes and generated username was a nightmare. I put the sample bottle in the box and sealed the bag, only then discovered that you had to enter online the bar code on the bottle. The result was sent quickly after a slow postal process, but it was not in a form that could be downloaded (download button unresponsive). To get a pdf copy, essential for my purposes, necessitated contacting Oncologica staff and re-entering personal details. All-in-all a very slow, cumbersome process. On the plus side, the staff responded promptly to my queries.

Great service and helpful staff on the phone

The service was very bad with postal PCR test for Covid-19, and no communication about rejected test, I had to chase them with phones and emails to know the reason to get bits of information each time. Though I followed steps as described I was told that the sample was not enough. I lost £40 pound and valuable time. I would never use them again.

Not clear why my COVID test sample was rejected

The 1sti time I use this service the swab came back as unclear when I actually done the test properly and never happened to me before.
Wasted £40, I needed it for a surgery, locally the hospital was very understanding and gave me a LFT to do on the day.

The worst experience, didn't arrive on time, near enough impossible to use the online app, results certificate confusing and unclear if your positive or negative!
(Not just me in our group that struggled)
