Great service. Quick turnaround

Very nice convinient, and easy to use, instructions are so clear anyone can understand, thanks it was a very smooth experience.

Did not get a report with my results which meant I couldn't travel over the weekend. Offices are closed on the weekend so couldn't get any support. £43 completely wasted

Excellent service. Results received within 24hr

I ordered a PCR test on line and it arrived the very next day. We mailed it back on Saturday and I received, alas a positive result on Tuesday by e.mail.
Apart from my lack of tech knowledge making it longer for me to work out how to activate the test, everything about this service has been brilliant.

Affordable and reliable. Will be using again.

Amazing service. I posted the test on Monday via a priority box needing the results back by Wednesday latest due to having surgery on Thursday. It only got received on Wednesday morning at 10:15. I had called before hand to explain the situation so they said they would fast track for me and I got the results back at 15:15. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for helping me out.

If I could give you 0 I would. I made it clear I needed my result as soon as possible because I was flying out 24 hours later. I got nothing, when my son finally got someone to answer the phone he was told results were inconclusive. WHY couldn’t someone contact me? I had to take another test at Heathrow and nearly missed my flight. So my 40L COVID test cost me 100. Bad customer service.

DO NOT use this company for rapid PCR tests. They failed to have results ready within 24 hours for a trip to the US and caused completely unneeded stress. We had to book another test at the airport just to receive results in time. I will never recommend this company to anyone for COVID fit-to-fly tests.

Ordered off A1Global who I’ve used previously and kits turn up from Oncologica Uk (no idea what’s the tie up is). Disappointed with service as instructions are poor. If you think you’ve made a mistake there’s no way to get hold of them to check as there’s no telephone number, nobody on live chat and they haven’t responded to an email I sent them 4 days ago although I said a prompt reply would be appreciated. I’ve given up on them and have arranged test locally tomorrow morning as you can’t take the chance you’ve made a mistake if you are going abroad. I’ll put this down to bad luck but won’t use this company again, I suggest that you don’t either.
