The testing process was very easy, and i would recommend them.

Disappointed by the service the timing of results resulted in having to have another test. Also it was meant to be a 2 pack test but was not the results were produced to meet Royal mail postage which then resulted in the results being produced to soon to validate eu travel. Very dissapoint with the second customer care agent who refused to discuss the tests arrival being late. An the further not being able to meet the needs for the travel date provided before the sale. Soon as they had payment they claimed all kinds of excuses for not meeting the requirements even though I went over an over the required dates and time frame required. An the test was to soon. Awful service does not do as they claim. Therefore it cost me more than twice as much to then have rush tests done hours before travel from another facility.

Very efficient once you could fill in the paperwork. Missed the passport number as neither myself or my husband who was watching me do it saw the documents part. Also the date of birth very bling winded when you are older.

The whole process from the time I ordered the test until I got the result was so efficient I have no complaints at all.

Service not upto what expected, after submitting the swab and result we needto wait long time for login and submit the details fir getting the proper Report to submit. Really disgusting and annoying when planning to travel

I truly appreciated the kind and helpful manner of Sarah. The complications that arise from technologies can sometimes be overwhelming for a senior! Sarah was consistently patient and walked me through the process and along with Laura we will able to complete the task so my husband and I could board the ship.

The service was very fast and efficient however the instructions in the video vs the ones in the box and in the app vary, which is super confusing at the time of taking the test. Also, took a while to find the Reference number required on the form as it was never mentioned in any of the instructions where to find it!

All went quite easily and impressing quick :)

Everything was as stated, from order to dispatch to follow up advice.

Impressive service and reasonable price as now have to pay.
