An affordable easy solution for travel C19 testing.

The service was quick and efficient with the result arriving earlier than expected. My only problem was that I couldn't find the number that should have been included with the test. When I asked for help their response was swift.

I had issues with courier but oncologica was not at fault. They were very quick to respond and help. Great customer service.

Not explain and not know how to save the fill in data

Service is very slow. It took over a day to get PCR test done. I have also requested a report (which is needed for insurance purposes). I requested this 5 days ago and it is still not ready. I have tried ringing, but constantly get an engaged tone. Another number for customer service displayed on the website is a wrong number!! Terrible service.

Fit to fly pcr delivered quickly and good service throughout the week but beware… There is no customer support at all from Friday to Monday. They got the name wrong on the certificate and I had to send my child abroad with incorrect documentation . Their answerphone goes straight to voicemail. No online or email support at all. When I finally spoke to someone on Monday to complain they blamed me saying I inputted the wrong details which I definitely didn’t . No apology for their lack of support whatsoever. If you’re flying midweek then go for it but if not then beware

Oncologica emailed me my 12-yr-old son's username: G**N**HID. I registered the password, not one I'd forget. I went to log in: 'username & password combination not recognized'. I tried again and again. Then I reset the password. Still not recognized. The online chat wasn't available on a Sunday, and the phone went to voicemail. After many tries, during which time we had to contemplate my son not being able to go to France with his school because we couldn't provide a certificate, I had an idea. Maybe the username they provided isn't G**N**HID, maybe it's G**N**HlD - do you see what I did there? Yes, the second 'I' isn't an 'I', it's an 'l' (a lower-case L). Have Oncologica ever wondered why 'I' isn't included in number plates? Have they ever heard of beta- (or lambda) testing? The company is responsible for wasting a great deal of our time, causing us considerable anxiety, and really upsetting our young son.
