Absolutely horrendous

Absolutely horrendous! Two hours for delivery from an order from China Town Aberdeen! Part of the order not delivered, spoke with China Town directly and told they would deliver the missing items, really, after we get the main meal! Spoke with One Delivery and said they would phone me back, still waiting! Understand it’s Friday and busy but having paid £52 for the food, their service is nothing more than embarrassing! Not happy!

Still waiting after 2 hours for some…

Still waiting after 2 hours for some pizzas. Last time I used them my vegetarian pizza was full of ham, time before that my food was an hour early, time before that my food was an hour and a half late. I know what your thinking, and I also have no idea why I still use them. Never again! They were great during lockdown because the local taxi firm is doing the deliveries and obviously taxi business was quiet. That taxi firm is now trying to run taxis in a crazy busy post-lockdown Lake District whilst still offering a food delivery service. They have been great at both, at different times, in the past but it's time to admit that they have bitten off more than they can chew because they are now utterly useless at both!
Update: it finally arrived. Cold and Burnt to S**t

Franchise poorly managed

Placed an order which hadn’t been delivered an hour later. Telephoned to cancel which was agreed. Despite 4 emails, they are refusing to refund saying their operator was incorrect for advising the order would be cancelled and refunded.

Lake District

First time I have used them. Used twice in a week in Bowness on Windermere. Straight forward ordering process with tracking. Orders received were correct and on time. Pleasant deliverers. No complaints. Would recommend the local service

First time using this service

First time using this service; waited for the maximum “peak” delivery time quoted to elapse (this was midweek mid afternoon, not a Saturday night!) and called to chase. Advised order hadnt actually been arranged or collected yet but was “next on the list” so refunding instead - appreciate these guys won’t have rh resources of a JustEat etc but I will stick to those in the future.

Very disappointed with one delivery for what they charge so expect what I pay for but that never happened ..I ordered kfc and did not receive what I asked for..trying to contact them is a nightmare..will never get from these again.😡

This App needs to come with a WARNING!!!

There needs to be a warning on the app about the price inflation of menu items from these outlets. Not only do they charge a £3 delivery fee, all prices are inflated.

I am not talking about a small inflation either, we are talking about over 150% in some cases.

A McDonalds order for 4 adults and 2 kids came to over £60 on the app! £60 for McDonalds.

Cancelled the order and went to the drive through, ordered the exact same items and paid just over £30!

This should be at least detailed on the app or the menu. A McFlurry is 99p in the store or drive through. This app charges £2.49!

A regular Big Mac meal is around £4.50 - this app charged £6.99! Add a milkshake swap and it is another £2.50 on top! - £9.50 for a regular Big Mac Meal!

This is not just like a small price hike, it is a massive hike on regular prices hidden in plain sight without warning.

There needs to be regulation here, some kind of message saying you could get this for half the price if you went there yourself.

Not going to be using this company for any delivery after this experience.

Is there a no star option

Is there a no star option. Damn One delivery in The Lake District is a con, like a super con. Ordered at 8pm waited 2 hours. Twwwwwo hours for a 15min car trip. I cannot leave the house without assistance, immobile... If I could I would have just driven but God 👏👏👏👏 way to let down the local shielding community. 100% avoid. God Damn it. And not even a sorry for the driver lol

Review for St Neots

Used a couple of times now, bad service each time and had items missing. Looked at placing another order and thought the price looked high so decided to go to and place and collect order myself. I then compared what I'd paid and what one delivery wanted and it was an extra £22.86 including service and delivery charge, compared to uber eats with was only £4.89 extra. Conclusion if you like wasting money one delivery will help you with that. AVOID.

One Delivery - Norwich

Order from them regularly, not just takeaways but they’ve been amazing throughout the pandemic delivering shopping whilst we’ve been in long term isolation. Cannot fault them at all, always friendly, on time and extremely helpful.

Ignorant , bad service, cold food Norwich

We ordered a kfc last night for delivery you one delivery in Norwich ( cat) by chance we went outside the front door and found our order cold outside!, I telephoned the number to ask for cat, as per the app, a lady answered and I told her of the cold food, she immediately had a very bad attitude and said she had rang the doorbell but no answer and left the food outside the door? I said we were in the living room and not heard anybody at the door , I said if the doorbell hadn’t brought someone to the door then she should have knocked the door, she said what did I expect !, I said that I wanted to complain, and she said”you won’t get anywhere by complaining, I said I want to complain and again she said with a very bad attitude that there would be. No point, and hung up the phone , I have now decided that I will I deed follow up on my complaint, , 1 cold food, 2 bad attitude, 3 rude, 4 not interested in my complaint, overall probably the worst customer service I have ever had
