Had bad experience with deliverys before with just eat and a few others not being on time or the food being cold but someone told me about one delivery and what can I say about them they are the best around the food was on time still hot and the most friendly staff will be for sure be getting more deliveries from them

3 orders I made and everytime time the orders where wrong...............

Ordered our food and it took over an hour and it was stone cold phone up and they said they would have our replacement food out within the hour and two hours later it turned up stone cold I had to do egg on toast for my two boys and that was £60 wasted will not be using again and will advise friend and family not to use either

Food on one occasion came a day after order. Another time 40 minutes after order. After seeking a refund and not accepting the food, they blatantly lied about the time of arrival, say it arrived within 15 mins and no refund will be given. Tried to call them to cancel the order several times but they did not answer the call once

Distinctly poor service, let down my restaurant on New Years Eve and New Years Day, resulting in losses of £250 over two nights alone. Invoiced for losses and am yet to see proper return, area manager for Falmouth Cornwall Tom Foulk entirely to blame. When I made complaint of these let downs he told me he wasn't able to provide the service I required, considering the service I require is punctual drivers and efficiently staffed teams, I don't think that's too much to expect from a company that decided to raise it's commission fees on the disappointing night in question.

Ordered at 12:30 haven't received a confirmation for the tracking number or even if a driver is on the way. Its now 13:22. Disgusting and on top of that 4 pound delivery. This is a scam and I haven't even had a place to refund my order but I emailed still no reply

St Neots. First delivery within 20 mins. The next two over two hours late. We were told that there was a email issue, OK. But then there was another email issue. Fine but at least let us know. When you have hungry children, this is not cool. Clearly, we want this to work but there are some serious communication issues. Upside, we did get a refund ASAP. Could be so good 😕

To state a delivery price of £3-4 is completely understandable but to add a hidden charge of £1.50 plus per individual item on your website is completely unacceptable..!!! The actual cost of my delivery would of been £14 when advertised as £3..Just charge more for the delivery and be honest about your pricing

Started with one franchise with the one delivery team last year and have bought three more areas . very happy to have become a franchisee and hope to keep growing.

I wanted to send a parcel to kuwait, ive had no confidence to send it as the last two parcels sent by a different company
One came back after reaching kuwait they couldn't find the address and the other parcel never got picked up at all.
But wow shipping one was the best ive ever used, not only did my parcel arrive when they said it would, but the company kept track of my parcel and texted me to say it was delivered. This company is not about the money, but about the service. The man who was dealing with my parcel made me feel very important, as if i was send the crown jewels. I felt he was my brother looking out for me. Cant say how much I'm glad i used this company, i will never use another. Val Dixon

One delivery Teesside always been great exceptional friendly staff always willing to help food always hot always make sure order is there and all is ok carnt fault them if order going to be little late they keep you upto date one best delivery services ive used and will keep using highly recommend.
