One Delivery Teesside - Better Than Uber and Just Eat - Customer Service Brilliant - Tom lovely manager

One Delivery Teesside. I used to use this company in the past as in our area they were the only ones who did McDonalds, KFC etc. Then honestly I started to use Just Eat and Uber when they started doing them as they were cheaper. But after the most shocking customer services from both JustEat and the worst Uber, I said I would never use a delivery company again, Then I remembered One Delivery. Mistakes happen and I accept them but it is how a company deals with mistakes that makes all the difference. I recently had an order delivered to the wrong address with Just Eat, I was not able to get a redelivery without paying and reordering a new one, and then I had to fight for a refund.(OneDelivery never made this mistake, but then again I knew them as got same drivers and we had a contact Tom who is wonderful so if mistake was made he would have resolved it) Then UberEats delivered just my drinks and ice cream for a Mcdonalds order , Mcdonalds said he had left all the hot food we had ordered on the counter. They are saying I can't have refund. I would have preferred the food as that is why we ordered, but they couldn't do this, I had to get refund and reorder. But refusal of refund. One Delivery always brought any food that was missing or perhaps wrong straight round, issue resolved we were happy. I talked about them today and said problem is they were always so much more expensive, but just out of curiosity I did a dummy order with OD with the exact same items as Uber. It was £3 more. I would happily pay that bit extra for good service and peace of mind; They have now gained a customer back and I will tell everyone else to do the same.

Don't bother

If anything is wrong with your order don't bother trying to get a refund. They either ignore my emails or reply with a snotty message.

Edit: Recently I ordered and it was delayed by 1-2 hours I called and I was rudely told that the delivery driver supposedly texted me (nope)

One Delivery franchisee

I'm a franchise owner for 2 years and have grown a business that has out done Deliveroo in a local area. If you have the dedication and attention to care you can beat the corporates. It's going to be a tough journey battling out with your JustEats, Deliveroos, Uber, etc. but it can be done. I've seen many franchisees come and go, the ones giving bad reviews are genuinly people who don't have the grit and mental capacity for it. The customers that complain are most likely their customers. I'd suggest checking your local One Delivery's Facebook/Google page to check their reviews and see for yourself as most of us will give you a far superior service than your fancy corporate crap.

One delivery Norwich

One delivery Norwich. We have a brilliant service in Norwich. Like any food delivery service avoid peak times and you will get your food hot and on time. On the odd occasion I've had an issue (user error) I've got in contact with the lady who runs it and it's been sorted then and there. If there's been an issue with something unavailable at the restaurant... I've had a call to let me know and choose an alternative. I have lots of food delivery services but this is the more communicative one. Cath is brilliant even bringing my little monster the odd mcflurrie. My favourite delivery service in Norwich

Rip off

Absolute rip off. They charge £5.99 for delivery which would be great, but nearly doubling the price of everything on the menu is a joke.
