The customer service I received was amazing. Sometimes it took them a little while to respond but it only happened like one time. They were very clear about what had to happen to solve ur problems. Very polite and will definitely sort out your issues. Outstanding customer service.
Great customer service
I had a problem with syncing the pod to the App. So I wrote the customer service and after 2 minutes they sent me an email how I could solve these problem. Great!
This device is fun to play with
This device is fun to play with. Iam just an amateur player, play 7-a-side. It brings a lot of joy and details about my game or my training. After getting this, i always bring to the pitch every game and training, really satisfied. Battery good, details good, bluetooth connection good, app good including many advice training.
Just have a small issue with the app after about 6 months using but the supporting team help to solve this in one day.
Pod Syncing sessions
I had a problem with my sessions not being able to download/sync. Contacted the support team, and got message within 20 minutes from Killian, I performed the tests and in the end the problem was with the pod. Was worried that my purchase may go to waste, but thankfully not.

We had an issue getting the tracker to recognize sessions. We had a great experience with the customer service and wonderful follow up.
Pod syncing to the App
Had a minor problem with my pod syncing to the app. Within 10 minutes I got a response to my email and again, within minute and a 15 minute session it was working.
Very impressed with the customer service and the quality of this device!

My son received the Playr for Christmas…
My son received the Playr for Christmas and set it up that day. We were both excited to see all the features and looking forward to his first training session with it. The day before his session, the app crashed and we had nothing but a white screen. I told my son I would contact Playr support while he was at school. I wasn't looking forward to trouble shooting this via email because of bad experiences in the past (from other companies, not Playr). The first email response from Playr seemed like a typical tech response with typical results - issue was not resolved although I was told it was. I was thinking 'here we go again'. I responded to that email explaining that the problem was not solved and after a few emails with Killian the problem was resolved. My son was able to use it that evening.

I had issues with our pod and I was nervous about having spent $200 and not have a solution from tech support. I received a solution from their tech support through email quicker than I was able to test out the solution given to me. They solved the issue I had!
PLAYR Pod assistance
I had an issue with the pod not downloading sessions. This is the first time I had come across this issue in over 12 months of use. Killian was very prompt to respond to my query and was of great assistance in resolving the issue.
First Team Pods
I have had 40 pods purchased for our senior team. Initially to be expected had a few problems setting up and syncing all of the results with the full squad. The staff were extremely helpful and replied to all messages and players. We now have a full squad working allowing to receive all results each session and match. Thank you.

I had an issue with pairing of my device to a new phone and the response from the team was prompt at every step and very quickly and clearly gave me the steps to fix the issue and get my device back up and running.

GPS tracker was paired with former user (used PLAYR)
Hi.
I bought used PLAYR. When I recived it, it didn`t go to pair it, because former user was still paired with the GPS tracker with his account.
I write to Playr_support, where Killian (product supporter) gave me instructions how to solve the problem.
Former user need to unpair GPS tracker in his account, so the problem was solved.
I use PLAYR now and it works GREAT!
