Poor Service...
Customer Service and Delivery was shockingly bad, I was greeted at my door by the courier who wouldn’t had over the item unless I pad £60...let’s say that took a further 2 weeks to be sorted...the agent even asked me to pay the courier and then I would refund me...the service I recited, there was no way I was taking that risk.

Problems reinstalling the app
After reinstalling the app on a new phone I couldn’t get into my former account. I was afraid that I lost all my data. After contacting the service team I was struck by the determination they had to solve the problem which took several days. What a great service team!
Quick and responsive customer service
I had a couple sessions not record/sync and looked for help both times. Killian was extremely quick to respond and gave me quick easy instructions on how to proceed. When the issue recurred, he acknowledged the issue and elevated to a new solution that seems to have done the trick (fingers crossed!). Appreciate the focus on customer service!

Good device but APP need improvement
Lots of issues with APP including invite player to team, heatmap generation for share and even portrait upload for myself/team

I bought the playr for my boyfriend and he loves it. I picked playr over the over trackers as the reviews on customer service was better. When I ordered the playr I got charged tax I didn’t know I would get charged for as the website didn’t say anything . I emailed playr and they refunded me for it straight away. Any problems are dealt with very fast. Definitely a great device I can’t praise it enough!!

Had a problem with my playr gps tracker, so I emailed the support at playr, and within the following few says the problem was solved and I could get back to recording my sessions. Really happy with all the help that I got from the tech team and the support team. Really grateful. Playr is a amazing product
