Syncing issue solved

As always my experience with the support of our Catapult One/PLAYR pod & app has been excellent.
This time, it was the 2nd syncing problem that's happened, most likely due to my son not taking out the pod from the vest cleanly (i.e. taking it out slowly, with perhaps turning it off & on) on Tuesday this week.
Sent an email to Catapult One/PLAYR support in the early morning, and got a reply straight away.
I sent the details they asked, and by late evening, they asked me to try syncing again, and it worked.

Excellent service!!

Great service with quick responses, sometimes their system is not working properly but still great service with fast replies and excellent people, even refunded me very quickly!

The gift that just doesn’t work!, ! a membership for my son

I bought a membership for my son, it didn’t arrive on time and when it did it wouldn’t charge! My son contacted support and they were helpful, sent another out but again this won’t charge.
They won’t phone, there is no contact number, my son could be doing something very small wrong but without actually speaking to someone, how does he know.
So a great gift is becoming a problem.
Such a disappointment, and yes I agree the support team are polite, try and help but it’s all by e mail and very long winded…

Syncing Issues

One of the worst support what we have…

One of the worst support what we have had ever. We bought a pod catapult one from a Spanish company futbol emotion on 16 th of August . After two weeks went wrong not detected by the App . We reclaimed with the seller who traspased his responsibility to the manufacturer . We wrote them as well to the Catapult One and after a long time they told that emitting a replacement ticket . We never saw this ticket just one of their support assistant told when he communicated with us the replacement ticket , it is ( the e mail) what is the replacement ticket . Never saw same like this . Then we asked when we can change the product told us than they have so much reclaims what provoke late in the process. More than 3 weeks we struggle with the Spanish futbol emotion and with Catapult One to solve this very simple issue . Without success. I don't understand how can allow a company to have so bad customer service like this . We bought a gift to our child to improve his training for 200€ went wrong after 2 weeks and since 4 weeks there is no solutions just cheating and lying . Avoid the contact with those guys

Excellent Service

My sessions had split and the team were able to help merge them and save my data. They kept me updated the whole time throughout the process as it took time, and it made me feel better knowing they were doing everything they could and fixed it in the end. One of the best customer service teams I have ever dealt with.
