Fast and friendly help when needed. Have had an issue with the POD sync'ing so emailed the team at PLAYR. Within hours, we are conversing via email and the issue resolved!
Amazing Service
I had an issue with the app, in which produced an error code. I copied this and emailed the PLAYR team. I received an email within 10 minutes informing me of the known issue which they’re working on.
They then continued to keep me informed by email until it was resolved. Absolutely fantastic service and brilliant App!

Through a minor recent technical difficulty, customer support were on hand to help me resolve the issue really quickly and helpfully too. Problems don’t usually occur with the device however. This is the first I’ve had in monthsss of using it!

Not happy at all, my pod came to me faulty. I messaged the support help to try and get a replacement sent out and it’s now been a week since I first contacted them and the product has still not been shipped. In this moment in time I don’t recommend

Incredible customer support.
After receiving my Playr unit, I found that I was unable to download the app despite meeting the system requirements. I contact the Playr customer support team and they had the issue sorted within about 36 hours despite timezone differences. They kept me in the loop the whole time. Very impressed with their customer support!

This product was great until about a year ago and now I am forever onto the support team. If it's not the pod not syncing or recording properly it's the app. I have lost match data and spent hours and hours syncing, failed, syncing again. Absolutely sick to death of the amount of hours of my life I am wasting on this product. Might have to stop using it. Can't believe I'm the only one with issues!!!
