The pod started not registering…
The pod started not registering sessions so I contacted the help team who replied the next day and after a small test they knew what was wrong and advised me how to fix it. After following their instructions it’s working like new. Excellent service

Could not sync session
About 50% of my sessions could not be found when trying to sync a new session.
Support ask me to do the same thing every time, and sure, since it works 50% of the time their solutions "always works"... until the next session it doesn't work.
I'll give it 2 stars since when it works it's acutally good.
Update:
Received a new Pod and it seems much better, faster syncing and no lost sessions yet :)
