Excellent customer service!

Son's Pod has been temperamental when recording sessions. A quick email to product support and the issue has been dealt with promptly and efficiently. Excellent customer service from Killian and the team. Thank you

Realizing potential

Helping me after using it once and it just allows you to open up new doors. It helped me realize my potential after playing one game. Only thing I’d want to add is that I wish it could be used on a laptop. That would be unreal

I was having a issue with my pod not…

I was having a issue with my pod not picking up training sessions, this was an issue as pre season had come back. Killian in customer service was brilliant went through everything with me over email and got the issue resolved. I'm delighted with the service.

Odd glitch but fixed with great support.

We've had the odd little glitch with the pod and software but what matters is sorting them out, and being honest this has been excellent. The support has been great, dipped in and adjusted data, nice personal touch that's all that matters. Can't fault catapult so far it's been a good experience I've no issues recommending.

Happy customer

Bought 2 units for my sons. One developed a problem where it would not charge and I contacted support. They replied very quickly and helped me through. They care about the customer.

Support

I had an issue with downloading sessions and support received was first class until the problem was resolved. A big thing for me was the last sentence in every email, let us know how you get on. It might not mean much to some but it did to me. Thanks for your help guys

I love the product and the app

I love the product and the app. I was struggling with some of the app's functionality so I reached out to the Catapult team and they got back to me within 24 hours with helpful info.

Great product and awesome support

I got a tracker a few years ago at a tournament (where they let my daughter try it out before buying) and now use it for my son after passing it down. It is a great way to monitor their progress and improvement in fitness and in the match. As a parent/coach I can see if he has pushed too hard, or not hard enough and compare where he thought he was during matches, and where he actually was. This is a huge advantage where drones and video cam is not allowed or practical (& they don’t record speed data either).
Sharing the data with the coach after the 1st match of the weekend tournament helped him tailor instructions for my son for their later day match, too.
Beyond the device and its use, the tech support was outstanding. I needed assistance resetting the pod and the staff was exceptionally responsive and helped troubleshoot what happened and worked through steps to get it working again. They even followed up afterwards to check that it was working as it should.
From the purchase until today, I have had great experiences with the PLAYR brand.
