I had a problem with connecting the pod. The team was a great support and now I am back on track!

I had an issue with my PlayR logging my session so I contacted support while it was on my mind very early in the morning. I received a reply within 10 minutes from Killian telling me what to do step by step and to try a test. After the test it worked perfectly. It's as good a level of customer support as I've ever had. Would 100% recommend.

I have had my PlayR tracking vest since shortly after they were released four years ago and have been a massive fan of how well it works, I was devastated to find after four years of being used in the best and worst of conditions my Pod would no longer charge or hold charge. I contacted Killian in the support team and after a brief conversation ( and a video) over email I was sent a brand new pod to replace my old one. I cannot speak highly enough of the product and Killian at the support team and would like to thank them for their help. Looking forward to going agin with PlayR next season.

Had a problem with pairing my daughter's Playr tracker.
I contacted Playr support by email and was amazed by how quickly they responded given that it was late in the evening. Within a few exchanges the support person had identified the issue, Location services had to be turned on for the pairing to work.

Comfortable, easy to use & tracks very well

With help from the customer support, everything turned out perfect and my son was able to pairing the football tracker witn new position on the field.

Not only a great product but the customer support I received was exceptional. Really spent the time to work through my issues.

Unfornately support makes me feel bad. They offer promotion with 20 euro refund on wallet when You invite someone to order but if You order from same account for Your friend they wont let You take a part in this special offer. On the other side if You would order the second kit from another account everything would be okay - You cant find any information/instructions about that special offer like "DO NOT ORDER FROM SAME ACCOUNT".

Looking at the Catapult device and the system we cant change the sprint value when normally its from 25,2km/h+ and bellow we have got HSR 19,8 - 25,2km/h that is not available.
