Bait and Switch - updated with increased rating
Updated Review - Moving from 1 star to 4 stars assuming the device works. It appears that PLAYR have solved the issue. My son is going to use the device this week to see how it goes. Their customer service was responsive over email.
Old Review - Purchased PLAYR with “Smartcoach” for $200 directly from PLAYR US. I ordered it on May 8 and it was delivered on August 9, 2021. There was no monthly fee for PLAYR. Now in the span of a couple of months they have changed to a monthly fee to use the product. The price dropped to $34. Feels like a Bait and Switch.
