Bait and Switch - updated with increased rating

Updated Review - Moving from 1 star to 4 stars assuming the device works. It appears that PLAYR have solved the issue. My son is going to use the device this week to see how it goes. Their customer service was responsive over email.

Old Review - Purchased PLAYR with “Smartcoach” for $200 directly from PLAYR US. I ordered it on May 8 and it was delivered on August 9, 2021. There was no monthly fee for PLAYR. Now in the span of a couple of months they have changed to a monthly fee to use the product. The price dropped to $34. Feels like a Bait and Switch.

If you purchased PLAYR before we launched Catapult One, there is no monthly fee required as you already have full access to the Catapult One app. Just pair your pod and get playing!

The customer service team was very…

The customer service team was very responsive in getting the Playr pod working correctly. They even checked in after a week's time to make sure that everything was going correctly and to make sure we didn't have any other issues.

Great and Fast service!

Great and Fast service!

I had a simple question that I couldn't find online so I sent them an email. I was thinking I wasn't going to get an answer for a couple of days, but I got an email back within 30 minutes!

Alex Wallace was the representative that helped me and he did a great job!

Ya'll are awesome!

Have been using the pod for a while now…

Have been using the pod for a while now and its been fantastic, suddenly came up against a few issues, but got very quick responses from customer support and although there was no fix they sent me a new pod out as a replacement

Very good Service

I had a Problem with the connection but than i wrote the Service a Email and they helped me. Now it works very good.
Very good connection to the serive and they were very friendly
