The lady was so lovely and helpful

The lady was so lovely and helpful, she made me feel totally at ease.
Going over everything and explaining my options clearly and made the call a lot easier than I was expecting. Not sure of her name but user AC8 is in my paperwork.

Avoid at all cost…

Do not have a non fault accident whilst insured with this company.
Over 3 years later in a NON FAULT accident and I am still out of pocket and fighting my own later now as well as the 3rd party.
On my 4th complaint against one call and their negligent team. Staff keep leaving, so my file is passed on to another and the same questions asked.
I honestly believe they rack up fees and charges and just rinse you of your money. They win, from your accident.
Avoid at all costs.

The guy was very friendly and helpful

The guy was very friendly and very chilled and didn’t make me feel nervous at all. I’ve had one insurance claim in 35 years before this one and didn’t really know what to expect. He talked me through it and put me at ease. Very helpful.
