Do not have a non fault accident whilst insured with this company.
Over 3 years later in a NON FAULT accident and I am still out of pocket and fighting my own later now as well as the 3rd party.
On my 4th complaint against one call and their negligent team. Staff keep leaving, so my file is passed on to another and the same questions asked.
I honestly believe they rack up fees and charges and just rinse you of your money. They win, from your accident.
