The rep (NL3) was excellent to ‘deal’ & showed great patience, when I took quite sometime, i.e. to ‘locate’ certain information he’d been asking for.
I’d recommend him & his company to anyone as he was very pleasant & attentive while never making me feel rushed. Other times when dealing with insurance company reps I have experienced being rushed and didn’t enjoy those experiences at all!
I was also impressed with the clarity of how he asked the various questions & this was much appreciated. On other calls of this nature I’ve often struggled to understand the reps due to them often being ‘based’ overseas and not being able to speak English very well. I know it’s cheaper for companies due to being able to pay less wages but you only get what you pay for & I’ve noticed some companies who’d based their CS centres overseas, have actually returned their CS centres back to the UK.

My claim progressed swiftly when the Engineers got involved
CA9 Claims engineer was efficient and very helpful. He took the time to explain how the repair to my car would be carried out. He even recommended a repair garage nearer to me.

What with the shear number of e-mails, and phone calls I received (some I missed) from the various departments involved in the claim process, and the lack of a easy to access telephone number for me to use, I was beginning to worry that I was on top of everything that I needed to be doing.
In the end I called the recovery unit number and I have to say, I was very well looked after by both Lucy and Logan, who I am sure went beyond there specific job role, to make sure that I was confident that I was in fact up to date. They also explained the process going forward and provided the means for me to contact them directly should I have any concerns going forward. A massive thank you to both of them!
