Shambles . passed between live chat and phone and then multiple people . having to lead the conversation and point out basic errors . This is NOT a reflection on call handler but the lack of detail in the systems and the gaps between the " companies" -- still not convinced I' m not having to chase this when what I thought you were paid to do ... taken over an hour on the phone today .
