We send out same day, but delivery takes upto 4 working days, royal mail at that time went on strike and had a back log. If you didnt receive your item still please ask paypal for to issue a refund. Regards

Pleasant experience
I have now edited my review after receiving my product. I got it really quickly and got a lovely beer opener free gift too which was a nice touch. I'm looking forward to trying the chip on stream. The communication with them was fast aswell!!

PS If we dont get a address through paypal we auto refund. You must have registered an address otherwise paypal would not let you set up an account.
Good customer service
Firstly unlike other reviews here, I bought two of these and received them quickly so was happy with the dispatch time.
This is a fun challenge to do with family/friends however I was disappointed as even though the expiry date on the individual packs was 23/04/2022 and we had it on 6th March 2022, the crisps tasted very stale and were not crunchy at all! I emailed using the contact form on the website but I didn’t hear anything back.
2/4/22 - Edit: I was fully refunded for the stale crisps and the seller sent out two more to me.

Hi, We have just changed are email can you text your name and address to the phone number on site we will resend out 1st class. It is not a problem. We always send out same day but can take 4 working days delivery.
UPDATE we found your order now, for some reason when copying your order it didnt copy the house number. We resending 1st class recorded should be with you Wed as post office is closed weekends.

Hi, There has been a delay as there was no post Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, then there was two bank holidays one after another, any orders placed before 23rd, would have been sent 29th which was the only day the post office was open. All first class.
We are sorry about this and a email will be going out to all the customers who have placed ordered at that time, with a discount voucher.

We have check the records you ordered 1st Nov 9pm at night, an it takes 4 working day in post. Today is 6th Sat (which is no post as its not a working day), due to covid we ask customers to wait 7 days before emailing/calling for lost post to give it a chance to be received. but dont worry we will resend.

Had ordered a 10 pack but had received one by accident. After getting in touch with them they sent out the 10 pack very quickly and rectified the problem efficiently. I've tried the one that got sent out and omg its the hottest thing I've ever tried! Loved it but was in pain lol. Give them a go :)

Can't speak on whether these are legit as I am not an expert but I can absolutely say these are the spiciest thing I've ever eaten. In my opinion this one chip was a lot worse than the 2x spicy noodles. I could literally feel the spice in my throat. I used nearly a whole tub of ice cream to soothe the pain. Good luck
