I arrived early and was seen straight away everything was explained to me was very professional

Very efficient service. Test results were delivered quickly and the blood draw itself went well. I have used this company twice now and can't find anyone else that offers a better range of tests at a reasonable price.

Booked an appointment at the Bristol clinic in the morning. Alice, who was the phlebotomist during my appointment, was very professional and very reassuring. She drew my blood and felt no sting or pain whatsoever. She explained how everything works and when to expect my test results. My bloods got posted on the same day, and got delivered to the laboratory next working day. Even though my blood was referred to a different laboratory, I received my results much earlier than the posted turnaround times, which is great! Excellent service. Very clean place. I highly recommend One Day Tests!

After a false start travelling an hour and a half to go to the Exeter clinic which was closed and we could get no reply from, we visited the Bristol clinic and had a fabulous experience. Alice was excellent and completed the necessary paperwork and performed our tests very efficiently. We visited as a walk in and were seen within a few minutes. I would not hesitate in recommending anyone to visit the Bristol clinic. Signage could be improved outside as we approached from up the road and the clinic board was behind the gyms board and we didn’t see it at first! We were lucky to park outside but parking may be an issue at busy times.
Results came through within 48 hours. Thank you!

Friendly professional phlebotomist. It was much nicer having a professional blood draw rather than struggling with a finger prick test. Results came back incredibly quickly with good explanations of what the numbers meant.
