Onedaytest review
I have my blood tests taken here because it is conveniently close to where my partner lives. Overall, the service is good, and email communication for queries is satisfactory.
However, accessing my results was initially frustrating due to the repeated requirement to enter a passcode at nearly every step. I had to input it five or more times just to print out my results, which feels completely unnecessary. I did eventually access copies through my personal “hub” thanks to the reply to my feedback.
In addition, I have had blood tests taken elsewhere where a doctor provided a brief written review of my results, which was helpful moving forward. To receive anything similar with Onedaytest you would have to pay over £80 if you need clarification. This seems unreasonable given the importance of a clear interpretation of results. Otherwise a friendly, helpful service.

Hi Vannin, thanks for the feedback, Just asking if you have logged in to our health dashboard on our website, as well as email PDFs, you can login on there and you will see graphs comparing all your previous results and explainers on why your biomarkers are the level they are. Please try login via that and you will have all detailed information on there.

It took just a couple of days for the results to be sent by e-mail, although in China results are given the same day. The use of codes to read pdf files was needlessly obstructive, but the detail and visual markers are clear and helpful.

Thank you the feedback, Did you log on to your online dashboard after looking at your email PDF results. The online dashboard has all your results in more detailed graph format and reasoning why they maybe that level. Please log in on there.

Quick & friendly service
Really quick and easy process to get my blood test booked in. Quick availability and results were in sooner than expected. The lady who took my blood was very friendly and it was a painless process. Overall a very positive experience and I would definitely use them again. Saves me sitting in A&E all day just for some blood tests that's for sure!
