This is a very convenient easy to access service.
I have familial raised cholesterol and family history of late onset diabetes. So I need to keep an eye on these. The clinic is within walking distance of my home and booking is easy.
Jenny, the phlebotomist, was kindness itself as I have suffered with needle phobia since after a failed blood donation.
I followed up the results with a consultation with their GP who was very helpful.
I highly recommend the service.

An excellent experience
An excellent experience. This was the second time I used OneDayTests and I am very pleased with how the second batch of results were inputted into my personal dashboard to compare against last year's results. Jenny the Phlebotomist at Cheltenham was lovely. All round excellent experience.

The service was 10 X BETTER than I expected
The service was 10x better than I expected, I’ve had 3 blood tests done and one was the full 71 Biomarkers, booked the test on New Year’s Day online for the Friday 3rd, Jenny was cheerful, helpful and efficient, I had ALL the results back on the following day which was a Saturday! I have recommended this superb service to all my Friends that are interested in their health and taking control. The results were super helpful and I now know what to supplement and what action to take to improve my health, what is more important than making the right decisions about your own health!!

Really professional experience with Jenny in Cheltenham, she was friendly and explained everything in detail putting my mind at ease. Results were quick, you can view them as they are via email or on a dashboard which is really easy to use and very informative for each result. Gives you a great insight into your health. Would definitely revisit again in the future and recommend!

Disconnect with NHS - take care
Process of booking was smooth. Phlebotomist was lovely. However....I went private for the bloods as quicker than NHS only to be told by the NHS that they are not allowed/insured to accept or use any of the results -so I have had to retake on NHS and have basically wasted my money. If you are using this service to feed back into the NHS check first with your GP.

The choice not to accept results is entirely and solely lies with your practice, not a rule of any kind and is simply not the case across the NHS service as a whole. Unfortunately this occasionally happens, which is very odd to us as well, as the efforts are wasted by the NHS as well. Just to reassure you, the laboratories used in either case are all UKAS accredited and have tests ordered from both private and public sector, so there is no reason what-so-ever to not accept, the labs are the same.
