Friendly and professional staff who made me feel comfortable and relaxed even though I'm quite nervous about blood being taken. Results were back within a couple of working days. Excellent service and will definitely use again.

It was very good experience. Easy to book and prices are very good.Phlebotomist was very nice and made good atmosphere so I felt comfortable.

Simple, easy, quick service.
I simply walked in and waited a very short time. Test was done. @ paid for. My test results were available a day later. Easy & quick service. Very nice staff too.

Excellent service
Excellent service - easy to navigate website, I decided to go for the in-clinic blood test - met by a very friendly clinician, was explained all in details, the procedure took minutes and I was on my way to work. The results started arriving later that day (Ultimate Performance Test) and by the end of the day I had all in my inbox. Not only that, but I found the personal cabinet on OneDay Test website with all referral ranges + clear explanations very useful. Now booked to see a GP to discuss all but will definitely use again in the future. Thank you!

Easy & professional
Easy to book, and the phlebotonist was great, got the blood first time (and that isn't my normal experience!). Results came back in a timely fashion, even with Christmas intervening. Many thanks, will definitely use you again.

blood samples delay
The blood samples did not arrive at the laboratory until day+2, by which time some of the tests were not able to be performed. Therefore needed to return to the clinic to give blood samples a second time.
Customer services were very poor: no apology, no contact. We had to contact them.
The nurse at the clinic was fantastic.

We understand having to rebook your test is frustrating but the delay in getting your sample to our lab was out of our control, however we do apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Drop in
I did a drop in visit which worked better for me. I was seen very quickly despite not having booked a specific time.
The person who did the blood test was friendly and efficient and explained the system carefully. Amazingly she took several vials of blood at the first attempt and it is very, very hard to get blood from me. Totally fantastic and no bruising at all. Unbelievable. Excellent experience.
The results were very quick to come through in e mails for me which was pleasing.
I did encounter difficulty getting on to my dashboard and I don't really know whether it was something wrong with the system or just me. Anyway I left it for a day before trying again and was then able to access it.
I had thought there would be quite a lot of interesting things to read on the dashboard but there wasn't really.
