One Day Tests - Guildford Reviews 

I recently had an appointment for a blood test, and I was a bit nervous going in. However,Magdalena made the whole experience so smooth and comfortable! She was incredibly friendly and calm, which helped me relax right away. For the first time, I barely felt anything during the procedure! Magdalena’s gentle and professional approach made such a difference, and I’m very grateful. Highly recommend her for anyone who might feel anxious about blood tests!

Well what can I say! What a breath of fresh air! I decided to opt for a private blood test due to long waiting lists on the NHS and I was greeted by Magdalena - an incredibly friendly, pleasant member of staff. I normally have issues with people finding my veins - but not Magdalena! She got the job done in under a minute, with a smile and then took me through what to expect with the results and how to interpret. Wonderful. Couldn’t recommend more.

All round great experience. Test booked in with ease. Blood test done with ease. Got most of the results the same day. Very impressed by the turnaround.

Excellent service from start to finish.
I needed to book at relatively short notice, the online system was easy and quick.
The practitioner was very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining how things would work and how the data would be displayed and accessed.
The results came through very quickly, all done within two days (I had the full spread of tests).
Two formats, one as a convenient printable PDF to take to your GP if you wish, the other on the website dashboard. This is really excellent, it gives a simple but clear explanation of what each test shows, and a starting guide to high/low results.
Also, if one goes for another test in the future, this data will then be displayed in the same dashboard so you can easily see if things have changed (and hopefully improved!)

Quick and convenient booking and very swift results

Slightly misleading,

The service isn’t provided as stated in “One Day”

Its takes several days for your results to return.

Perhaps a little more clarity around the service being provided.

Amazing service from start to finish! Walk in test at Guildford,good set up and the technician who took our blood sample was very professional and also explained how to read the results once they’re ready. Within 12 hours, we were informed samples have been received by the lab and few hours later, all our results started coming in thick and fast! Since we’re doing this to monitor our health markers, we will definitely be going back to do a follow up. I would also like to mention that unlike our previous medical reports at other clinics, I really like how I can access my results in the app, I like how the results are categorised, and shown with the limits displayed and description to explain each marker. So user friendly.

Professional, friendly phlebotomist, very efficient service, fast turnaround time on all different test results, well within the stipulated times, very good explanations of the different bio-markers and high/low implications.

Excellent experience both booking the tests and the appointment. Very helpful customer service when I encountered an issue with bookings and very patient with all associated questions. The clinician at the appointment was also great and received test results in no time. Very competitive and transparent pricing, convenient and results delivered at speed. Great alternative when you can't access NHS and private hospital costs if self funding!

Also, informative advise when taking blood test as to what possible outcomes and options of what to do.

Fabulous & fast service, test came back same day and phlebotomist was very helpful showing me how to use the details on the website and was expert at taking the blood, as I hardly felt it. I will repeat some tests to check on the progress of the bloods.

Absolutely fantastic service. Extremely friendly and helpful staff . Blood taken at 1.30 and results back at 6.20 the same day. Was recommended the appropriate tests for the symptoms I described. Very reasonable prices. I will definitely be using again if the need arrives.
