Bloody good!
My experience with onedaytests was fantastic from the beginning to the end of the service. Michelle was very professional and informative about the process and how to get the results. The results were ready in 24 hours and extremely easy to access.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Attended a walk in appointment 6th…
Attended a walk in appointment 6th March on Rodney St Liverpool for a test. No response for 4 days. Contacted them online chat, said I needed an account number, never received it via email. Tried calling, hopeless. Received email with results, password protected. Sent email, online chat etc asking for assistance. No response whatsoever. Shocking company and customer service. Waste of money. Requested a refund via email. No response. Utterly pathetic experience.

Very easy to book the test and quick…
Very easy to book the test and quick results including a quick response to my email query.
Unfortunately though I had LPa levels checked and because my levels were very high I could not get an exact result so will have to have it tested again at another lab. It does state in the small print that the lab only measures to a certain value however.I will use this service again but not for LPa testing.

I consider bio marker testing to be somewhat similar to taking your car for a diagnostics test. It's a simple process, personally I discovered a few surprises and so the results of the longevity test/Omega3+6 have given me the impetus to improve my health. I'm going to sign up for membership.

Relevant Disease Preventation Information
One - a -Day- Tests provided a blood test that is not available on the NHS. I needed this blood test to know the state of my health for a particular health statistic. This was a personal decision I made because the blood tests available on the NHS are guidelines based on population averages, not on individual medical histories. The results from these particular blood tests by One - a -Day- Tests indicated what I suspected. If I just went with the results from the NHS test alone the future of my health and health decisions would be different. So I now have the right information to correct course.

I had a great experience in the lab
I had a great experience in the lab. The phlebotomist was very nice. Did a walk in and was attended to immediately. No queue or waiting. Results came in on time and the team were very quick in responding to queries.

There was no explanation of how to read your reports of my testing. I know you offered a doctors service to explain but I believe that was not included in the initial fee so need more ££££££.I felt the initial fee was enough money to spend on the one blood testing. Liverpool was my choice of testing

Please refund my test
Please refund my test. I don't know who's results are these, but they aren't mine. I have chronic liver problems and I never went in the middle for ALT, AST.
Is this a joke of a company? I had one appointment for a blood draw, and my results sheet suggests I have been today in the lab for another draw. At 10:43:58
It will be 45£ I assume, because this is not my blood test results, or I have miraculously been healed.
