Lovely staff, nice setting and quick results. I am terrified of going the doctors and it was much nicer to go here.

Great service

I had a great experience in the lab. The phlebotomist was very nice. Did a walk in and was attended to immediately. No queue or waiting. Results came in on time and the team were very quick in responding to queries.

The practitioner was very professional and explained everything very clearly.
The results came through in the expected timescales
Not that impressed with the shared reception which lead to unnecessary confusion but not OneDayTest's fault.

There was no explanation of how to read your reports of my testing. I know you offered a doctors service to explain but I believe that was not included in the initial fee so need more ££££££.I felt the initial fee was enough money to spend on the one blood testing. Liverpool was my choice of testing

quick and easy, no discomfort, I felt the blood draw was being done by an expert.

So good! the nurse in the liverpool clinic was so lovely and my results were back the next day, will switch from my other provider and use one day tests for everything now

Please refund my test. I don't know who's results are these, but they aren't mine. I have chronic liver problems and I never went in the middle for ALT, AST.
Is this a joke of a company? I had one appointment for a blood draw, and my results sheet suggests I have been today in the lab for another draw. At 10:43:58
It will be 45£ I assume, because this is not my blood test results, or I have miraculously been healed.

All communications have been very good, email & in person.
The Blood test was quick & efficient, the young lady went through the process first and how the results would arrive, over a few days, and then showed how to use the App.
Results Arrived and those that i have looked at, have been easy to read / follow.

The test went smoothly, staff were professional & friendly. The results arrived within the time frame.

I was offered a 5% discount but this wasn’t applied when I booked; no discount code. I was told it would be attached to my account but it wasn’t. This was disappointing.

The blood test were done so quickly. The Nurse at Rodney St Liverpool was lovely I didn’t feel a thing. Blood test results back next day. I have a very nice lady doctor call me she was very caring and wanted to help me explore my health problem. I came of the phone feeling pleased. Thank you.

Easy to navigate website with clear instructions. The test arrived promptly and was simple to complete. Return package allowed speedy delivery and the result was emailed back to me.
