Very fast turnaround on results. Very friendly service at the clinic. Overall very good experience.

I went to the clinic to book an appointment for blood tests but was surprised that they had availability immediately which was very convenient as I didn’t have to go back again. I did the Ultimate performance blood test which was a bit expensive but it checks everything so was worth it. And the results started coming in the email the same day.
The only negative is that they don’t have a GP to review the results so had to go to another clinic/private GP to have them checked.
Overall would recommend them.

I went in for a ultimate performance blood test. It is like a full body MOT, it is good to be aware of one's health. I highly recommend both the blood test and this place.

I went to the London location in Liverpool Street. It went very fast. Lily took my blood and she was very friendly, did it so fast and it was painless. I got the blood test results fast as well. The ultimate performance blood test is very good as many things are tested and it is very affordable (I got it discounted before Christmas 2023). I used the results with the GP. Receptionist were friendly and accommodating. I recommend both the test and this location.

I went in for an ultimate performance blood test (testing for 57 biomarkers), at the New Street branch close to Liverpool Street.

I actually went with my mum as we both had the same test done. We were seen right away and we both could go in. Lily performed the blood test and she did a very quick and professional job. She told us the procedure and answered all our questions, even told us how to make sense of the blood test results which was very useful. The most painless and fast blood drawn yet. Very pleased indeed. The whole process took 10 minutes per person so very quick.

Within the same day I received the first blood test result and then the rest over the next couple of days. The results were useful and helped me go to the GP.

I am also pleased that I was able to purchase at a discounted price during Black Friday, so it made it affordable for me and my mum (we each brought a test separately). I am pleased that there are discounts throughout the year during holidays.

I highly recommend getting a blood test done with onedaytests. I like that you can cancel your appointment at any time and chose the place and date that is the most convenient to you. The fact that cancellations are free says a lot about the service being excellent. This service is professional, friendly, quick, and you definitely get what you pay for!

Really impressed. Was looking for a kidney function test with a fast turnaround and came across this company. The test was a good price and, for December, they were not charging extra for phlebotomy (some places charge huge amounts). The phlebotomist discussed why I wanted the test and seemed very knowledgeable about everything. My appointment was midday and the results were emailed to me around 8pm the same day. I’d definitely use them again if the phlebotomy fee is reasonably priced - I’ll check back in January!

Helpful, when I needed to chase the results

I find that the offers in one day test are more cleverly devised than in many other clinics and have a fair price. I am very content with my experience here. All staff was very helpful and was not pushing me to book what I don’t need just to make money out of it which is also quite rare nowadays. I am going to use this clinic in future.

I went one day without an appointment and they attended to me very quickly, the same day they sent me the results by email. Widely recommended.

Very efficient team. Had some issues with a home kit but Charlotte answered all my questions. I was booked into the clinic at no extra cost to complete the tests.
Lilly,the phlebotomist was really efficient and very friendly. The whole team I dealt with were very helpful and kept me informed every step of the way.

Impressed by their customer service response after an initial slip-up. I would recommend and use OneDayTest again. The phlebotomist was also very professional and was great at putting me at ease.

The only thing (which I'm sure they will address) is the signage outside the clinic could be better, as I found it hard to find. However, I told the phlebotomist about it, and she said she'd pass the feedback on, so I'm sure it will be addressed in the coming weeks.

I have been to the London clinic twice this week as I needed a quick appointment as my diary is a nightmare. I saw Lilly on both occasions and she was amazing. I needed to have 3 vials of blood taken. She did lie to me though.......Before inserting the needle, she said, "you'll feel a sharp scratch". Didn't feel a thing 😀. Well done Lilly. The results came that evening. Do take advantage of their super dooper blood test for £133 before the end of November/23. Great people to do business with 10/10

Great if you hate having blood taken! Charlotte answered all my questions beforehand so that I felt comfortable ahead of the appointment and Lilly was the best phlebotomist I've ever had. Thank you both for all your help and support 🙂

Walk in service, not waiting times. I did blood test, the results came through a few hours later. The person who took the blood sample was very kind and friendly, I really appreciate that. Recommended!!

I have been feeling unwell lately, but since it is difficult to get an appointment with my GP, I asked for a blood test here. The person who took the blood sample was very kind and gave sufficient explanations. I received my results via email on the day of the test. There were a few abnormalities, so I showed the results to the GP reception and was able to get an appointment right away. Thank you.
