Really quick/easy to use. Booked it a few days before, reception were lovely. I ended up arriving 45m early and they saw to me earlier so great service. The phlebotomist (forgot her name) she was absolutely lovely, very friendly, gave me all the details I needed and yeah just overall great experience. Will definitely use them again for any future blood tests I need. Got my first set of results through same evening. And the final set 2 days later. So quick!!!

The service in here was quick and given as promised. Overall I liked it.

Test results gave very quickly and the nurse taking the samples was very polite and professional.

I had my blood drawn at the Liverpool st. Clinic in the morning, and had results emailed in the evening. Excellent service

I attended the lab as a walk-in to complete an array of blood tests.
Reception were attentive and we were seen by a clinician (Lina) very quickly; she had a very welcoming manner and asked which test I required. She asked if I had issues with needles or fainting. I was asked to fill in a short form with my details.
The clinician then proceeded to tell me the costs involved. She then looked online to see if there were any discounts currently available to me; I did receive a small discount on the day.
The drawing of blood was very quick and efficiently executed.
The results came through the following day.
I would recommend this service.

Fast and painless. The tester was quick, eficient and very kind. No waiting, it happened right on time. However the service is expensive.

Efficient and friendly with results quicker than expected, a few days. Clinic at Liverpool Street was easy to get an appointment and clean. The person who took my blood put me ease (I don’t like needles!) and it was a painless process. Helpful to have a few biomarkers for coeliac and gluten tests which not all services offer.

Lily the nurse in Liverpool station (London) was extremely professional and friendly, explained how all the blood test marks work, and made the test as easy as it can get!

Communication is good and staff are really nice. I receive my results within 14 hrs so far, which is important so that my Doctor can adjust my medication.
Everything is convenient and easy except the booking system which is confusing because you book a test, but then have to pay for an appointment separately.
I guess this is because you can opt for a home visit appointment, which is an awesome service, but if you book multiple appointments, it's not really clear either for the customers or the staff as to which test goes with which appointment. I was clear about which tests I needed on which day and I still had a mix-up. Thankfully they were really nice about it and sorted it out quickly.

You'll note from a previous post that i was supremely happy with the service here at ODT. I now learn that they have introduced a consult fee of £29/visit. A slight increse would be accepable but £29 is far too much. One wonders, if the initial cost was a marketing tool to generate a pipeline of customers. I did query this and this was the reply..........."We appreciate your custom and would love to see you again. Of course it is a change that even we found difficult to introduce but we have to move with the times, costs etc"............If the price has changed (almost 90%) in 2 months, the CFO may do well to buy a new abacus. Dissapointed

I was having the best attention since I arrive to the clinic and I had a clear explanation of what type of test would be better for me, I would definitely recommend this service .
