I'm terrified of needle but the nurse was so patient and helpful. Even had a special trick to take my blood as my very small veins love to jump around lol
Only took 2 goes which is very impressive for me.

Also offer a walk in service if your push for time.

It does what it says and was efficient, easy to book and results were with me about 24 hrs later.
I wanted blood tests without having to buy the rest of the health package from a competitor and it worked well.

Cant fault this experience. Clear and comprehensive website, easy booking process, local clinics, loads of available timeslots and excellent professional friendly staff, especially the nurse who took the blood. the results werent promised the same day but they arrived via email as promised less than 5 hours after the blood was drawn. Results were clear and explained well via the portal online. Five stars easily.

One Day Tests (London City) is professional and efficient. The phlebotomist, Helen, is very competent and friendly. Results were available within 24 hours. This is an excellent office with excellent personnel.

I spent over £1,000 to get private blood testing done. While they advertise certain turn around times, I am sitting here, more than 12 days after collection of my blood samples with multiple emails to customer service with no answer in over a week! I am going to have to file fraud charges with my credit card company because I have no results and I have spent the money! Do not use this service- it’s a scam and the tests are extra expensive with the understanding that there is a quick turnaround for results- if they don’t do it, then why pay the premium??? Horrendous customer service, no one you can talk to, just emails languishing in the ether! The phlebotomist who drew the blood was excellent, but what’s the point of a good experience there if you don’t get results in time??!

The professional that took my blood test was amazing! She was very approachable yet professional. I get dizzy in these tests and she reassured me and provided the needed to avoid the dizziness as well letting me stay a bit longer in the room to recover.

This service is genuinely so brilliant.
I went for a blood test at 10am on the Monday and had my results in 24 hours.
The woman who did the test was so kind and friendly and I was actually ten minutes late and they were so accommodating.
Can’t recommend it enough.

Very impressed, I went to the clinic near Liverpool Street one morning and the phlebotomist Violetta was lovely and very efficient. I had the results that evening! My NHS GP didn’t have a clue about the results of the ultimate iron blood test so I booked an appointment to speak to a GP at the clinic who was excellent. I tell go back in a month or so to see if anything has changed.

Convenient and quick to get results. After the tests, I booked appointment with Doctor to take me through the results which was really helpful and help guide me on what to do next where there results that needed addressing

The clinician was running 30 minutes behind for no good reason (she was not attending to a patient at the time). I can only assume she was having a lunch break. If this is the case then appointments should not be offered over lunch. The whole point of paying for an appointment of this nature is the convenience of an appointment at a time that suits during the work day. I, and three other patients, two of whom should have been seen before I even arrived, were left waiting with no explanation. This meant I was away from my desk for nearly two hours. I asked the staff in reception to follow up with the clinician several times but was, rather rudely, informed that One Day Tests rents the room only and that the desk staff are nothing to do with the blood test clinic. Very disappointing service.
