Very easy to book on line. Attended clinic for blood test which was carried out promptly and efficiently. Received results very quickly. Easy to navigate through results.

Very quick booking with some results next day

This was my first test with onedaytest carried out at Maidstone on December 2nd 2025. I arrived early for my appointment and was called almost immediately. The phlebotomist was friendly and willing to talk about the test and my reason for taking it. She made a quick blood collection from my vein and I felt no pain. The sample was promptly transferred direct to the laboratory. I felt this service was quick and efficient. The company has a very clear website listing all their tests with an explanation and cost. You can make a booking on line and this is kept on your account once it is set up. Instructions are available to prepare for tests. The laboratory results were quick, delivered by email the following evening. You can access your health dashboard on your account once logged in which gives information on each biomarker with a chart showing your result with high and low ranges. You can compare with previous results, allowing you make adjustments to your lifestyle and informed decisions about your health. If required you can have access to a GP by online video, to discuss results but this is charged separately. If you prefer to use a home test kit to save time, this is fully explained with a video. A subscription plan with discounts for a minimum of 3 tests is available where required.

Booked with company as promised same day results, 9 days in and still no results as yet. Not a good service at all, a hospital would have been much quicker and free. £103 and no results

I feel sure that the testing and results etc are all first class, but…. I have been trying to book a test for Maidstone Clinic for 2 weeks via online booking since there appears no response to telephone calls. The online shopping basket states 4 tests booked, I only require 1 test.Quite possibly my mistake but it has been impossible to alter/clear the basket and order correct amount.

The booking was very simple and easy to complete, and available the same day locally. The nurse was really friendly and helpful taking the blood. The results were very quick and efficient, and detailed. Very reasonably priced for such great service.

Visited the Maidstone clinic today, appointment was super easy to book, and the staff were polite and friendly. I arrived before my appointment and had only just sat down when called through, so no waiting around at all! The lady who took the samples was so kind and professional, the room was extremely clean. I have had issues with blood being taken in the past and she managed to get it first time. Would definitely return here in future and would highly recommend. Thank you!
