One Day Tests - Maidstone Reviews

I feel sure that the testing and results etc are all first class, but…. I have been trying to book a test for Maidstone Clinic for 2 weeks via online booking since there appears no response to telephone calls. The online shopping basket states 4 tests booked, I only require 1 test.Quite possibly my mistake but it has been impossible to alter/clear the basket and order correct amount.

The booking was very simple and easy to complete, and available the same day locally. The nurse was really friendly and helpful taking the blood. The results were very quick and efficient, and detailed. Very reasonably priced for such great service.

Visited the Maidstone clinic today, appointment was super easy to book, and the staff were polite and friendly. I arrived before my appointment and had only just sat down when called through, so no waiting around at all! The lady who took the samples was so kind and professional, the room was extremely clean. I have had issues with blood being taken in the past and she managed to get it first time. Would definitely return here in future and would highly recommend. Thank you!

Professional staff and quick results that were explained very well. It was very helpful that the results came with a lot of information and also had the option to talk to a GP for further insight and recommendations regarding further steps. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone who may be struggling to get the right tests/answers through NHS.

The phlebotomist, Luanda, was very personable and knowledgeable.
I had a walk in appointment, but just a short wait. The whole experience was very good. I would recommend to anyone.

Amazing service, quick results

Best service ever, i get answer next day with answer what is easy to understand for everyone. I make thyroid blood test and answer very correct, i wish that i decide earlier to do and not believe GP how everything is amazing.

An efficient, friendly and convenient service

No waiting, results so quick right to your inbox within 48 hours (less in my case), convenient and the nurse is friendly, efficient and so quick. The results are easy to read even for a non clinician like myself. My only criticism is the location / parking. The two car parks suggested are tiny, I've just been lucky with parking in my case.

The Phlebotomist at The Maidstone centre is so friendly and helpful. She has a smile on her face and is calm. I can't remember her name but she is from Portugal.

Found this clinic very helpful , bloods was easy to take since I’ve had step by step instructions and results were sent very quick . Although I didn’t gave enough blood I was sent another home kit for free . Will make sure to do my check ups only with them from now on

Quick efficient booking system with ability to reschedule easily.

In person blood draw was prompt and completely painless with the experienced clinician. My results were available quickly. Had the in person test 2:15pm on a Friday, results were received the following Monday before lunch.

Subsequently ordered an at-home kit, sent it off Thursday as per instructions, got the results back the following day, Friday morning. (I’m not a good bleeder so a bit tricky to get required amount of blood myself at home).

I would recommend and will use again.
