I had an appointment booked for midday on a Friday. Was seen promptly and notified when the sample had gone to the lab. Even though I expected the results on the Monday, I actually received them on the Friday evening. I was more than happy with the service.

Amazing experience. Needed some blood tests and the wait with GP was two weeks. I contacted one day tests after leaving the GP and within an hour had the tests at t wells. The lady that took the blood tests was so lovely and it was the least painful blood sample. I had the tests at 12.30 and the results were in my inbox at 8pm that evening. For someone that suffers with anxiety this helped a lot. I would not hesitate to recommend at all….

I booked an appointment very easily and quickly. The nurse was very polite and welcoming. All in all a simple process and received my results within 48 hours.

I was seen on time and courteously treated although my hearing is poor and I had to ask for everything to be repeated.

I am very excited to receive the results the same day unlike waiting to receive them in 3 days . This has reduced my anxiety.

Very easy to use walk-in service for venous blood test. Member of staff very helpful and efficient. A little difficult to find the address as i could not see a street sign and the signage on the door of the townhouse was very small.
