O'Neil Investments have been my landlord for seven years and my experience renting with them has been nothing but wonderful!
Their property management is impeccable, repairs in the flat (if any) were always carried quickly and everyone in the team is super professional and genuinely nice!

O’Neills have been incredible landlords and I cannot speak more highly of them. Ross and Robb have been very attentive and supportive throughout my tenancies and are a very rare find for landlords in London. All maintenance has been carried out properly and promptly, and they make themselves reachable 24/7 for any emergency issues. I wish more people had the chance to experience this side of the London rental market, I would sign with them again in a heartbeat.

I've been renting from O'Neill from about 10 years which probably indicates how positive my experience has been. Helpful, attentive, responsive, accommodating, and always quick to deal with any maintenance issues. Property specification is really good as well. If I weren't moving out of London I'd still be renting from them. 10/10

Robb and Ross at O’Neill Investments are great landlords. The process of securing a lease as an international student was made easy and the zero deposit policy is much appreciated as a student. Robb and Ross are very responsive to any questions or concerns and communication is very fast. The property is gorgeous. Each unit is fully cleaned and repainted before each new tenant. The space is light, modern, and well kept. My unit is also pet friendly, which is much appreciated, as my cats are family. Overall, best housing a student could ask for. I highly recommend renting with O’Neill.

I rented a property from O'Neill Investments for just over a year and a half and they really were an excellent landlord! The one time I had a major issue a handyman came round the same day to fix it and on top of that there were no hidden fees and they didn't charge me a penny when I moved out. Also, their staff are just a WhatsApp message away and always helpful. Would highly recommend them!

Cannot fault a single thing- O'Neills really care about their tenants and are always on hand, helpful and happy to be so. Cannot recommend them enough! :)

One of the best landlord experiences so far. Responsive maintenance team with issues sorted within the shortest time frame. Robb and Ross are highly competent, always a step or two ahead which makes you feel they care.

My place is bright and spacious and I love the fact that the property is pet friendly which is rare. Communal areas are kept nice and tidy with the property itself being close to main transport links.

To sum up, value for money and genuinely nice people.

I have had O'Neill Investments as landlords for the last six years and I must say they are the most attentive landlords I've had in the 19 years living in the UK. They are very fair when it comes to the agreements (no fees, no deposit) and also quite flexible. Highly recommended!

AMAZING WHAT THEY DO!!, this company probably has one of the best teams managing there customer services. i had a few problems with using there services , however they resolved my problem in 30 mins. have to say i am very happy with the help and thank you O'Neill Investments .

O’Neill Investments are a fantastic letting company. As a group of students living in one of their properties in Camden, we have felt extremely well supported by them. They efficiently responded to our requests in an impressively fast manner, they were always there to help and were very understanding of our concerns. Would highly recommend!

O'Neills are definitely one of the best landlords in London.

We stumbled upon them after almost losing confidence that we will find a decent flat for a decent price in London. We have rented the property for over 3 and a half years now, and have only positive feedback for them. Any issues that we have had in this time were sorted within a couple of days and they have always been very accommodating with all our requests (pet in the house, storage for bike, etc.)
Everything is recently renovated and kept to a high standard, and the furnishings are new and of good quality.
We recommend them 100% as one of the best in London.

O'Neill Investments is the best letting company I've ever experienced. Any questions or concerns were dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. Our flat, which we lived in for 2+ years, was absolutely gorgeous and really did feel like home! Shout out to Ross for all of his help! Couldn't ask for a better experience.

I have been a tenant with O’Neills for 8 years in Camden and then crouch end. They are an excellent landlord who respond very quickly about any concern and are equally quick to resolve it. I couldn’t recommend them more.

O'Neill's are exceptional landlords and certainly the best ones I have had the pleasure of having. They look after both their tenants and their properties extremely well (we saw a few). They are very accommodating to the needs of their tenants, and Ross who helps to manage the properties is an absolute hero! Would gladly rent with O'Neill's again if ever the opportunity came up :)

I moved into one of their properties after leaving university halls and stayed with them for the following three years in two separate properties. Never had a problem at all - Donal always responded to emails and questions quickly and Ross would sort out any issues with the house very quickly himself where possible or promptly get somebody else involved. Great landlord and team, couldn't recommend them enough!

I was referred to the company by a friend, who has rented from O'Neills as a student in the past, and I can honestly say it was the best introduction I have had since moving to London. Having rented from O'Neills for two years now, I have only positive feedback. Ross is incredible to work with, always on hand to handle any problems or queries, and I trust the O'Neills team 100% when handling fixtures or dealing with the property even when no one home. The apartments are kept to an incredible standard compared to properties of a similar price point around the same area, and there is a genuine sense of care and common sense around how the company handles its renovations and deal with its tenants. Tenants in London rarely feel valued and trusted - with O'Neills, they do. Everything is recently renovated and kept to a high standard, and the furnishings are new and of good quality.

You will not find a more flexible landlord, so willing to suit your needs, in all of London. Would recommend 100 times.
