Ross and Robb are brilliant. Really approachable for advice, very responsive to call outs and sort issues with appliances very quickly. Lucky to have them.

O'Neill Investments is a life saver!

Myself and five other girls lived in a house with O'Neill's over a year ago and it was absolutely perfect, the property was spotless, looked brand new and had all of the facilities we needed, including a dishwasher (which is great for uni students). If we ever had any problems or any questions, O'Neills were just a message away, always had quick replies, and a time would promptly be arranged and they would be round in a flash to fix any issues. We lived in this house for a year and absolutely loved it!

After this myself and two other girls were with another landlord in another part of London, he messed us around hugely and the house was unlivable after 6 months, in a panic we had no idea what to do due to requiring a 6 month lease. However, O'Neill's to the rescue, we messaged them again explaining our issue, they mentioned there is a potential place but we would need to be quick. On the day returning back to London from home after Christmas, Ross agreed to show us a flat on a random evening out of his own time. It was absolutely perfect, very modern, clean, and again had everything we needed. Beautiful location and they are always available if we need any help!

Definitely staying with O'Neill's for as long as I remain in London!

My daughter and I have been living in one of the O'Neill properties for about 9 years now . We really enjoy our flat with modern decoration , good size rooms and big sash windows with lots of light coming through , also the convenience of the location .
We have been very happy with the company's management and services: no diposit, no agency fees and years renew contract; whenever we need a repair or lock myself out( has been numerous times left the keys inside the flat) the company stuff always respond promptly and friendly !
We feel happy and lucky to live in such a nice flat and very appropriate the good service the company provides !

O'Neills are a fantastic landlord company and allow you to rent, settle and live at ease in London. I have stayed in one of their flats for over 5 years and would rent with them again should a suitable property become available. The problem is that they are such a good landlord that they rarely have free flats!
They are pleasant, friendly, helpful and responsible. They address any issues immediately and resolve them in a timely manner. They do not charge or sting you with any ridiculous fees like most agents in London. The flats they maintain are in good decorative, modern order and are refurbished every few years. They provide the flats with modern appliances such as dishwasher / washer-dryer / power showers / underfloor heating and are easily at hand should any problems come up. They are a really friendly approachable company and I have had a good experience of dealing with everyone that worked for them. It is easy to strike up a good relationship with them so you are able to let them know of any problems in good time and vice versa from them.
I would highly recommend renting from O'Neills and would use them again and have referred them to many of my friends/ colleagues.

Best landlord in London. I've lived in places where the landlord didn't care about the house and couldn't be bothered fixing what needed to be fixed. For over 2 years living in one of the O'Neill investments flat, I never waited more than a week for an issue to be fixed. Great service, I would highly recommend it!

Having lived in many rented properties in London and having dealt with lots of landlords and management companies I can definitely say that O'Niells were the best.

Excellent Landlords, by far the fairest and most generous we had since we have lived in London. We were with them for almost 6 hassle free years, they were always ready to help and offer to renovate!

Will actually miss it!

I can't really say enough nice things about O'Neill Investments and the chaps that work there. Beyond the obvious benefits like their no deposit policy, they are always happy to help you out with any issues you may have, and their team are always on call to get things done. More than anything they are just really decent people. By far the most understanding and accommodating landlords I have ever had in the 15 years I have lived in this city. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I have been living in a flat from O'Neill Investments for one year and I had no hesitation in renewing the contract for at least one year more.
The quality of the flat is much superior than the average quality of apartments that you can find on the London's market.
The staff is always helpful and friendly, every little maintenance issue has been fixed very quickly and in a very professional way; I definitely could not recommend them highly enough.

Great Landlord. They are very understanding and always extremely quick to help with any issues around the house. Have made living in our property very easy and enjoyable. The property is kept in good condition and they are happy to do any maintenance work around the year if required - 10/10 would recommend

Will have lived in a great 5 bed flat for 11 months from O'Neill Investments, very clean and modern. All are very friendly and approachable, if we have ever had any issues they are resolved very quickly and efficiently. There have hardly ever been any problems. Would 100% recommend.

I have rented a flat with two friends from O'Neill Investments for the past year and a half. We have had nothing but positive experiences! Whenever maintenance issues have arisen with the flat (which has happened very rarely) these have been sorted promptly and effectively. They are friendly and helpful, and I could not recommend them highly enough. I will be looking to rent from O'Neill Investments again in the future.
