I am in touch with Chakravarthy Santhakumar in One Investments. It started as a small inquiry as was looking for a specific requirement and I thought it would not be possible, considering the prices have gone up recently. However, Chakravarthy came up with multiple options, matching my requirements, and was patient even when I needed a long time to finalize the deal.

It was a great experience working with them and I would recommed One Investments for your future property investments.

Amazing service from the team both Adnan and Yad were super polite and professional. They helped us identify the best property and were very fast and effiecient in their approach.

I was genuinely interested in investing in Dubai, so I responded to an advert on social media, thereafter I had someone on the phone for hours convincing me to buy and asked me to visit a fair in a hotel in Knightsbridge, they took a deposit from me to fly me Dubai and see a property before buying. A couple of weeks later I changed my mind, it’s been over a month now and my deposit has not been refunded, I have been speaking to the Ali who took the deposit from me, but he is unable to do anything as the deposit has been passed on to DAMAC. The promise was in 19 days following I completed a number of forms that the deposit would be returned.

Ali has told me AED25k is a basic amount so I shouldn’t worry about it. He has told me he has no access to the finance team at DAMAC so has no clue when my deposit will be refunded. And he has told me off for lack of pleasantries.

If One Investment take a deposit from me shouldn’t they be the ones refunding it to me rather than a third party? One Investment should be responsible and accountable.

Excellent company to use whilst buying a property in Dubai, we were first time investors and the team at One Investments couldn’t have done enough to answers all our questions (there were a few) and ease our nerves. 5* customer service and excellent attention to detail. From our initial chat, meeting in person at the London event and finally to the completion of purchase we can’t fault the care given to us. If you’re seriously thinking of buying a property in Dubai I would be encourage you to give these guys a call. We wouldn’t hesitate using them again. Thanks guys!!

Do NOT give these people your email/phone number, they just pester the life out of you, despite insisting several times that they remove my details from their database. I have owned property myself in Dubai Marina for 18 years in EMAAR's Al Majara development, and know Dubai better than most of their Salesmen put together. They are promoting very average projects from some developers that I would not touch. Do your homework!

I was not convinced to invest in a property in Dubai and from that moment the Nightmare and harassment 😔 stated. The calls I received are every other days now for about 5 months. They keep my details and they keep call me from different numbers some days after 20:00
I said many times to remove my number from the calling list and they promise to do it but after 2/3 days I received another call from new agent. In United Kingdom is illegal to keep calling someone if they ask to be removed from the list.
This review is for you to be aware of this company once you go to this shows the calls are non stop.

I had such an unpleasant and frustrating experience dealing with them on behalf of Damac . The sale agent Nahil completely misleading us to purchase a property in Dubai . When I escalated to the director Hamid more unpleasant experience. All I got was lies, lies and lies .
After dealing directly with Damac executive team I got all my money back .
Absolutely a nightmare!

Excellent company to have dealt with. One investments work only with the best developers and the ease of purchasing and dealing with the team is second to non. If you want to buy in Dubai or Gwarder I highly recommend using this company.

Miss Manoela Lopez, the client care lady helped a lot. She was nice and made sure exchanges and contract completions were on point. We have completed on Q3 development and are very happy with this, we invested into this over a year and a half ago, we have got exactly as promised, it was not sraight forward due to numerous issues with mortgage providers all of which as dealt with from the after sales manager. Property investment can have its ups and downs but we got great help from the developers and Manoela who were great. Will come back once we have money to venture again.
