Nicola was very good and polite gave us good invite to the product very good sale person asset to your company.

I spoke to Neil from 0ne Life, he explained everything very clearly, he was helpful when asked a question, he was very customer friendly and polite, my plan was so easy to set up and the information was received within 2 days, I would definitely recommend One Life to anyone who was thinking of the future.

Jade was amazing and patient, I had to get my daughter on my way of thinking which took longer then I hoped it would, jade returned my call when I was ready and not once did I feel pressurised into buying a pan.

Very friendly and courteous, but business like, not 'pushy'. Which allowed a decision to be made, in my own time.

I have to say that Ben was outstanding. Really outstanding. He was calm and exceedingly confident. He knew his stuff. Was clear and precise. Answered all my questions. At the end of the conversation I asked him to call me back so I could think about it. Well, he had to call 5 or 6 times because I was having some family drama and he remained calm and friendly at all times. I have to say if I had got someone else I might not have signed but I felt comfortable and confident with Ben. It is a good plan at a very good price. I wanted something simple with no fuss and this is what I got.
Would recommend One Life and Ben without any reservations.

Jason and Matt were amazing to talk to! I really appreciated them reaching out and giving me all of the details that would help my funeral run smoothly. Their customer experience was worth the deal. I would highly recommend this company for funeral plans as they are well adverse on the information and made me feel at ease knowing that i have nothing to worry about when i am called to the gates of heaven!

A wonderful service from Adam, genuine tactfulness and humour whilst arranging my funeral plan. I would imagine its not the easiest of subjects for mamy people to think about yet will come to us all.
As well as a great service, the facts and figures were presented crystal clear. What more coul one ask for? I am grateful for the peace of mind this experience and purchase have given to me. Some relief as well knowing that my death wont leave a nasty invoice for my family to deal with.
