When I Spoke to the young man on the phone he explained everything clearly, was not at all pushy and left me to make up my own mind. The funeral product is simple and whoever is left behind should not find it too difficult. Having cremated or buried three people close to me this method for me is far better. My daughter also confirmed she would rather celebrate our lives in her own time by not having to go to our funerals.

Straightforward and no sales speak. I told them what I wanted and there was no upselling etc so very refreshing. Quickly put into place. Very satisfied customer.
