I spoke to Adam the other day, who was so helpful on the phone he made sure I understood everything. Tbh I hadn’t really thought about being cremated or buried but he reassured me that I could change my mind at any time.

The contact with the representative
The contact with the representative, Chris, was very good. No pressure and helpful. The reason this review is late is that I was waiting for the contact for the supposedly free will service associated with this arrangement. It never happened so I was disappointed with that aspect. Otherwise happy

Everything was explained well and questions answered on a phone call. I was then sent information by post and given time to read it and discuss it with family before making a decision. A further call waS made to follow up and ask my decision. Ben was friendly too.

Don't know where these jokers got my number from but they call me this morning from an 0800 number and say "would like cremation or burial whe the time comes".. When I protest at the morbidity of the question he hangs up on to the next person..
