Each time I buy something from…
Each time I buy something from Onepiece.com I have another horrible experience. With DHL, Chronopost, Chronofresh you click 1 link and can change the delivery date, time or reschedule.
UPS or OnePiece.com must stop charging for a home delivery, I stayed home and wait, nobody calls like all other companies when they deliver, no card in your mailbox that we were here, only an email that we missed you and now you can go and pick up your parcel at the pick up point. So why the hell I paid for my home delivery extra 7€??? When I could pick up for free! Also, to change the date of delivery is mission impossible. To register with UPS is one story and after trying to sign in is another. You get on a frustration loop for about 15 min, give up and go to that far away distribution point to pick it up, unless they decide to send back to the sender a day or two before.
Here I borrowed someone’s review on UPS, as I won’t express myself so perfect as that customer:
“With UPS it’s a never ending loop of bugs, re writing passwords, changing passwords, re sending forms, registration, re-registration-changing password on "UPS my Choice". PLEASE KILL ME!! Ive been at it for half an hour, it’s a MAZE.”
I just do not understand why OnePiece.com don’t change their delivery company?!
PS. Oh, I also have the feelings that UPS when delivering do not have clearly my phone number, that is why they probably do not call on arrival, if they ever actually made all the way to my door. As dropping at the distribution centre is cheaper! Savings on petrol. No proof of them being by my door! No card in my mailbox box!
Cosy bliss
I've been buying new puppy onesies from this company since 2020 and I can't rate them highly enough. So snug and comfy. Beautifully designed and well thought out. Can't fault them.
The one time I had an issue with poor stitching their customer service sorted it immediately.

Bought according to their size guide. Item is very short in the body and I'm in the middle of the height they say it's meant to cover. The thing feels like a straitjacket.
Cost to return is very high too. £10, more than they charge to deliver it, which feels like a massive ripoff. Better to buy something from Amazon instead.
The product is great
The product is great, but I am not the only one to mention their awful customer service.
They state 3 days postage but do not mention the product is coming from overseas. Its more like 10 days once its cleared customs. Very misleading and sending jolly emails doesn't help!

From excitement to disappointment
I recently purchased an item from Onepiece, and unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing. While the product itself is cool, the overall service and communication fell far short of expectations.
Ordering and Delivery:
I placed my order on Sunday, 24th November, expecting delivery within the quoted three-day timeframe. However, it took over nine days for the item to arrive, and that only happened after multiple follow-ups on my part. The delay wasn’t due to the courier, DHL, who handled the delivery promptly once the package was dispatched. The issue was entirely with Onepiece, as it took far too long for the order to leave their facility.
Communication:
The lack of communication was the most frustrating aspect of this experience. I sent several emails asking for updates and received no meaningful responses. There were no proactive updates or acknowledgments of my inquiries until I escalated the matter repeatedly. When I finally received a response, the focus was almost entirely on the delivery process rather than addressing the delays in dispatch or their poor communication practices.
Product and Returns:
When the product (Puppy Cargo One Piece Size M) arrived, I was disappointed to find that it didn’t fit properly (as im smaller than the model size show as a medium 1.84 meters, and all my others are a medium) —the cuffs were too tight, and the size was not as expected. I decided to return the item, only to discover that I had to pay for the return shipping. Considering the delays, poor service, and the fact that the item didn’t meet my expectations, this additional cost felt unfair and added to my frustration.
Overall Experience:
My overall experience with Onepiece has been a 2/10. While the product quality might be good, the customer service and order process were seriously lacking. Delays in dispatch, a lack of communication, and additional return fees left me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction. Not to mention an extended waiting period to get my refund
Feedback for Improvement:
I urge Onepiece to re-evaluate their processes and communication strategies. Customers expect timely updates, transparency, and a smoother overall experience. Addressing these gaps could significantly improve their service and rebuild trust.

The best garment ever!
I've been a satisfied customer for years and had many onepieces. The last one had a defect on the zipper, but the customer service has been impeccable. The products are worth every cent and the support is extraordinary.

Unquantifiable poor quality !!
I purchased a pair Vintage Original Shorts in Green. There is no other way of saying this but they literally fell apart. There are holes at the stitching all over the shorts. They became totally unwearable within 2 weeks. Over the last 12 months I tried to use them as lounge wear ( as embarrassed to wear in public ). However more and more holes appeared, they eventually became household rags.
The same day I bought a cheap pair of similar ASOS brand shorts for £6.99. They are still in perfect condition.
The OnePiece shorts were listed at over £60, although I both them in the sale at £25. I thought I would be buying quality, but I can assure you the quality in this product is non existent.
I feel 1 star does not reflect my experience with the garments quality. I would prefer to give a zero rating.

Good products, poor service
We've loved our Onepiece onesies and, after years of use, were keen to buy new Onepieces. I placed an order and heard nothing further until I followed up a month later. Onepiece said: "We regret to inform you that your order could not be processed due to an unknown error."
The issue was dismissed because they "did not come across any other orders with the same error from the same day." That didn't give me confidence.
Hopefully they can fix their website and support as the products are great.

I have bought 2 puppy feel onesies
I have bought 2 puppy feel onesies. The fit and feel is great. Main downside is that both of them the zips have come off and are now useless after the first wash. Both of them? Yes both of them the zips have come off which leaves the garment pretty much useless. So I cannot recommend this product due to the poor manufacturing. They are not cheap either. Not good Onepiece/Onetime.

I had ordered three (!) onepieces that I had to send back - one because I found another I liked better, but only after I had purchased the first one. The other two because of wrong size. I came in contact with Jayd, a wonderful and lovely person who helped me through the return processes - what a customer care QUEEN you are!! The perfect example of what customer care should look like in every company. Makes me like the brand Onepiece even more <3
Super After Sales Service because of a broken zip
I've bought a few ONEPIECE Jumpsiutes in the past and wouldn't want to do without them in my life. I wear them at home, but also for a quick shopping trip, simply because I'm too comfortable to change.
In December 2023, a zip broke and after I described the damage and sent detailed photos, I was unexpectedly sent a completely new ONEPIECE. A great experience just before Christmas!
After owning several ONEPIECEs, I can say that they are very comfortable to wear, but also very easy to wash. For me, a safe recommendation to buy for close friends!

Great website loads of photos etc. The biggest decision is what size to order my advise would be take the time and measure your body as per their size guide. I am a UK size 10, 8 stone 9lbs and 5 foot 4 inches. I am usually a size small and sent for the XS however it was too big particularly in the crotch area which was almost down to my knees. After a few returns and refunds I sent for the XXS which was a much better fit for me as I don't like them too baggy. Sleeves could be a bit longer and the pouch pockets are way too small however they are super soft and cozy with a quality zip etc. Quite pricey items would only ever buy when on sale and free delivery. Jayd in customer service was brilliant throughout with quick and friendly replies.
