I have been purchasing my glasses from OneStop for a number of years which in its self should show how comfortable I am with the service. The process is straight forward, uncomplicated and quick. I have always been completely satisfied with the quality of their products.

I was very pleased with the glasses and the speed of the service but cannot give more than three stars due to the ridiculous case which came with them. The folding design like a pyramid in cross-section is totally impractical for putting in a pocket. When you buy glasses, you’re buying a total package, which includes the case. I was given no choice about the case and the one that I was sent to go with my glasses would make me think twice about ordering from OneStopGlasses again or indeed recommending them to other people. Whoever decided to include that case design with the glasses - it was a bad call.

Not the cheapest online glasses supplier but when they have the type and size of spectacles that you want they are very good. Reasonable delivery times. Happy with my purchase.

Although I returned my glasses, I received a good service. Due to my high prescription Im better suited to get my specs from a local optitian. I would have preferred to have had some communication regarding my high prescription however I can understand why I didn't receive any. All in all a pleasant experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an online glasses retailer that has purchased glasses online before.

The glasses I ordered were first class, even to having spring frames. I have had glasses from this company before and they are always delivered quickly and I am never disappointed with there quality. I do not feel the need to go anywhere else.

The specs matched the description, had the right lenses and came within the advertised time.

Bought a second pair of half-frame reading glasses with a focal length more suited to computer use. Very pleased with the glasses. Few suppliers appear to offer such a frame but I find them a good choice for ageing folk like me whose distance vision is OK but can no longer see clearly at short distances.
