3rd time used one villa and very happy with them

At the beginning of October, six of us had a wonderful stay at Casa Llena de Luz in Cala Llonga. The house is very well equipped with everything you need, and we slept very well in the beds. It has a very well-maintained large pool with plenty of seating where you can sit together as a group. Many thanks to Rocky, who was always available to answer questions or help with any problems. TOP! All the necessary shops, restaurants, attractions and beaches are within easy walking distance. We all felt very comfortable and would love to come back and book again through OneVillasIbiza.

We have used OneVillas every year for the past 4 years. Their Villas are great, staff have great communication and are friendly and knowledgeable. The check in and out process very easy. We also take advantage of their car hire partner which again, is competitively priced and super easy. Strong Recommend.

The villa was amazing, in a beautiful setting. One Villas were responsive and helpful with all my queries in advance of the holiday, and once we were there Marc was always very quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend both the villa and the company.

Great experience. Communication was easy, links to numerous villas sent before we decided, easy to book and villa was stunning (Casa Mi Lobi)!
Happily use One Villa Ibiza again, any issues were sorted quickly (not that there were many) and the host Fabrice was brilliant and always answered when we had a question. Full deposit returned in less than a week after we got home. No complaints.
Just wished we had booked 2 weeks instead of 1.

This is a review of One Villas Ibiza, the agency we booked through, rather than the actual villa we rented.
Their website was good with many photos that were accurate as the villa was exactly as we had hoped for. The automated process they use seems very efficient. Emails were always received to remind of payment dates and also to confirm payment receipt (gave peace of mind knowing you had an acknowledgement). Within days of check out they emailed to check that the IBAN for the return of the security deposit was correct. The security deposit was received back in full within a week. Very good!
The only issue we had was during the week we were actually at the villa. We received an email in advance with the contact details of our contact person during our stay. It clearly said this individual would meet us at the house when we arrived. I sent a WhatsApp message to him when we boarded our ferry but no response. At the house he was nowhere to be seen. Luckily there was a housekeeper there to let us in. After another message he replied to say he was only the contact for extra services. So unless it was something that we were paying extra for, there was not any contact person from One Villas to help us.
So the company appears professional and has good automation software behind their business but at the end of the day our real experience came down to one individual that was supposed to be our contact but was not interested.

Impeccable villa, great communication with the hosts, quiet but lively area packed with anything you would need for an idyllic Ibiza vacation.

Excellent service, fantastic villa.

We had a highly stressful experience with OneVillas due to payment disputes and poor communication. The day before our check-in, we were informed that OneVillas hadn’t received payment from Kid & Coe, the agency we booked through, despite us providing receipts confirming payment. OneVillas suggested we pay the 'overdue' amount on-site and seek a refund later, which was unacceptable given Kid & Coe’s explicit advice against sending payments to other agents for security reasons. This issue, which stemmed from their commercial relationship with Kid & Coe, was only raised at the last minute, causing significant distress. After firmly asserting our position and threatening legal action, OneVillas resolved the issue, but the ordeal was avoidable and poorly handled.

Additionally, we paid 500 EUR for pool heating for a week, but the heating wasn’t activated until the fourth day, despite our agreement. The pool specialist, Said, confirmed the oversight, but the villa manager ignored our comments about this, leaving us with only four days of heated pool use instead of seven.

The villa itself was fantastic, meeting all expectations, but the agency’s unprofessional handling of payment issues and lack of accountability for the pool heating problem made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend using OneVillas and suggest booking through a more reliable agency.

Really helpful - responded to questions quickly and helped find solutions. Information for arrivals and departures very clear. Refunded the deposit quickly.

Very good company to deal with and excellent, carefully selected properties. Comms are great. I have stayed at one of their properties 2 years running. 2 issues:
1. Check out at 10.am is annoyingly early
2. I resent paying a 1500 euro deposit, particularly in the second year with no damage in the first year

The one villas contact staff were particularly vigilant and aware of any needs, and were speedy in their response if we needed to contact them.

Villa Riama is located very closed to a motorway!!! Absolutely no views !! Very disapointing. No mention of the Real location on the web site. For the rest, villa Riama is ok, nothing spécial.

It’s always worrying sending large sums of money to people you don’t know.
These guys performed exactly as they should and everything was perfect.

The villa and holiday was very enjoyable. We had no complaints.
However when we returned home, they withheld deposit for items that were already damaged when we arrived. We were charged 140 EUR for a toilet seat that was already broken (seems extortionate too even if we had broken it) and 150 EUR for a worn seat cover that was very worn before we arrived.
OneVillas appeared to do very little to help resolve this unfair behaviour by the villa owner and it has left a bitter taste. Would recommend booking via a different platform.

Villa is perfect, hosts are great, relaxing Villa in its own grounds.

The villa was perfect...the bedrooms were great..well equipped kitchen and the outside area and pool were sublime!!!!

One Villas Ibiza had great communication when we used them for our last holiday.
We had the most amazing holiday in Casa Alna, celebrating a big birthday. Our hosts Katrine & Dirk were welcoming friendly and discreet. The house is immaculate and finished beautifully, with large rooms, all bedrooms en suite, and tastefully furnished. The pool area is a mini slice of paradise, with clean BBQ, great seating, orange and lemon trees and a peaceful, clean and perfectly heated pool. Its near a bay beach, supermarket and restaurants and only 15 mins walk to the main beach and marina at Santa Euralia. Loved everything about this home, though I almost didn't write a review as I wanted to keep it a secret! Heavenly. Thank you! We will be back.

With many tales of 'villa fraud' I was very cautious, however the folks at OneVillas were very understanding and patient. Their service was seamless and the villa impeccable. They even called during our stay to check all was well. We'd happily use OneVillas again.
