Head office always give useful advice on our choice of villas every year. Love the grocery delivery service to get our holiday started. Highly recommend this company

Booked our villa for a family holiday…
Booked our villa for a family holiday and were delighted with the outcome! The villa was beautiful and the service, before, during and after was fantastic. The team were very responsive and extremely helpful and when we had a small issue with the shower by the pool, the lovely Erina was round the next day to sort. Would absolutely recommend and will use in the future.

Fantastic Villa in the North of the Island
Fantastic Villa in the North of the Island. Great pool and layout with nice BBQ area.
Small supermarket and restaurant within 1km.
Benirras Beach is 10 mins drive, excellent snorkelling and 3 restaurants to choose from with local market 2-3 days a week. Great place to base your self if you want to be in the countryside. San Antonio / Ibiza Town both 25-30 mins drive away.
If you want to use taxis you may have to walk to the end of the track (10mins) as not all of them will come to the house up a bumpy gravel track.

Excellent experience with the team at One Villas…
We liaised with the team at One Villas Ibiza for over 8 months and they were excellent! First and foremost, they helped us find a wonderful villa, car hire, a pre-grocery shop - nothing was too much trouble. They were always quick to reply to emails and have a solution. Once we were on the island they helped us with restaurant bookings and were very responsive with questions we had about the island. I would highly recommend One Villas Ibiza!

Amazing service
Amazing service - the team went above and beyond to help us and were incredibly quick and responsive. The house we rented was even better than the pictures and everything was so smooth. Really can't recommend enough!

I think that the service provided was…
I think that the service provided was excellent, my only reserve is being asked to complete these surveys prior to having received my deposit back. In my opinion you would be better served wrapping up all loose ends with respects to a booking and trip, and then asking for feedback. The somewhat automated feedback forum that pretty much landed on my desk the minute our flight landed seemed a bit pushy. Apart from that great team of people that I have dealt with, and superb villa and holiday!

Good customer service. For me, everything was available like car hire etc and with a young baby, made our arriving and departure stress free. Would use them again.

Villa Can Arabi
Stayed at this lovely rustic villa August 2021. Very private, in lovely gardens but only a few minutes drive from St Eulalia. Lovely safe gated pool cleaned every 2 days by Mohammed, Very well equipped villa with lots of space. Sussie the owner was very helpful and made us feel welcome. We asked for a few extra items, which she readily provided.

Villa itself is sensational, immaculately finished and finished and very clean. Villa owner is extremely friendly and can’t do enough to help.
Special mention to Karlijn at One Villas who was great to deal with.
