Fantastic Communication Service!
We booked the Can Estella Villa in Port Des Torrant and it completely exceeded our expectations. The whole process of booking was amazing from start to finish. I would definitely recommend One Villas.

Really lovely villa
Really lovely villa, excellent service from OneVillasIbiza too, both from the office and from Erno on the Island. Our villa was in a great location just a short walk from the beach and all that has to offer including some fantastic restaurants. We had a wonderful two week holiday on our first visit to Ibiza. We shall return and OVI will be our first port of call to source our holiday home.

Beautiful villas and excellent service
We had an excellent and responsive service from the OneVillasIbiza team both when booking and during our stay. Both villas (Can Rana Real and Villa Bella) were beautiful, high quality and good value for money. The team were friendly and very helpful. We are based in the UK and have rented villas with other UK villa companies before. OneVillas met the high standards we have been used to. Thanks for a great holiday!

Our villa (Villa Nikka) was broken into…
Our villa (Villa Nikka) was broken into on our first night. We arrived back after dinner at around midnight to find a window had been broken through and most of our valuables stolen.
We were unable to reach anyone from OneVillas until 2am. We were given no help in dealing with the police nor did anyone come to the villa to help us until 11am the morning after.
We were not provided with any options for accommodation that evening so we had to stay in the unsecured villa til we could find a hotel the next day.
We were extremely unhappy with the level of service we received. It was very unclear as to who was actually in charge and who had authority to deal with the situation.
We did not return to the villa and we certainly wont be using this company again.

First of all, I would like to let you know we feel very sorry what happened to you last week. Having someone break into your (holiday) house is always a terrible experience, even apart from all the things that have been robbed. We understand you are upset.
We do want to let you know there is nothing we can really do to totally prevent this from happening, unfortunately. Ibiza is an island with a lot of rich people, and this attracts burglars from all over Europe. That is why we send out in an email to you a few days prior to your arrival about this possible threat to watch your belongings very carefully.
My colleague picked up the phone at night and offered you to call the police and to come over. Both were not necessary she was told. We have tried to assist you in every way possible. The next day we and the house manager went to the villa to deal with the unfortunate situation. We offered 1 night in a different location so the window could be fixed and also security for the remaining holiday.
Our goal is always to have satisfied clients who come back to stay in our villas. We have tried our best to accomplish that here as well. It would be very kindly if you can reconsider this review because the only one who is responsible for all the unfortunate is the burglar and not you or we.
We are very sorry that you had a bad experience on your holiday hopefully, we can be of any service next time to retry this Ibiza experience.

The OneVillas Ibiza team could not do enough for us. Their organisation and attention to detail is superb, and the villa itself was top notch. We will be definitely be using them again. Just for info, we are based in UK, but everything was handled easily by email.

Excellent service from start to finish…
We stayed at Sa Vadella for a week in July.
Excellent service from start to finish from the booking/sales team in Holland to the team on the ground at Ecovilla's.
Emails and calls are answered quickly and any questions are explained in good detail with follow ups.
The team in Ibiza were very responsive to any questions and in quick contact with the owner when we had a request.
The sign in at the Office in Ibiza town is only a small inconvienience but worthwhile as you get all the details that you need and is an easy drive from the airport.

NOT YET THE PREMIUM EXPERIENCE BRAND IT WANTS TO BE
First villa, Xavier, has very poor living facilities - hot, dark, cramped, old and tired bedding and plugs hanging out of sockets. Wifi doesn’t work. Plus mice-infested outside kitchen. Second villa, Jaumet, much nicer - but broken air con in master bedroom which was only fixed after 4 sleepless nights. Confusion as to who is in charge - is it One Villa, the local reps or the owners? We ended up having to deal with all 3.
